There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
It has been confirmed that treatment with Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral liquid (SXOL) effectively improves dyspeptic symptoms and is well tolerated. It is not inferior to domperidone syrup and leads to sustained improvement in Chinese children with functional dyspepsia (FD). This study aims to evaluate the possible regulatory effect of SXOL on intestinal microbiome in children with FD, further exploring its related mechanism.
The aim of this study is to explore whether using endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) to assess gastric varices (GV) and giving additional treatment according to the diameter and blood flow of residual after endoscopic cyanoacrylate injection for GV can reduce the rate of GV rebleeding, mortality, the risk of adverse events, and cost-effectiveness. This study is a multicenter prospective, open-label, randomized controlled study, including 5 study centers: Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University, The Southwest Hospital of Army Medical University, Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University and Shanxi Coal Center Hospital. The total sample size is 150 patients, with 75 patients in the EUS evaluation group and 75 patients in the control group, respectively. The patients who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria are randomly assigned to EUS evaluation group and control group by using block randomization. The EUS evaluation group uses EUS to observe the diameter and blood flow of residual variceal veins after endoscopic cyanoacrylate injection for GV to evaluate the embolization effect. Endoscopic cyanoacrylate injection is performed again if the diameter of variceal vein is larger than 5 mm and with blood flow signal. After the injection, the blood flow signal is confirmed disappear by EUS. The control group return to the ward after endoscopic cyanoacrylate injection, without EUS evaluation. During the study, the patients are followed up for at least 12 months, and they are requested to return to the hospital for follow-up at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after the treatment, respectively. The data of baseline, treatment, postoperative and follow-up of the two groups are need to collect. The primary outcome of this study is rebleeding rate. Secondary outcomes are eradication rate of GV, mortality rate, retreatment, and cost-effectiveness.

As an new dual targeting PET radiotracer, 68Ga-FAP-RGD is promising as an excellent imaging agent applicable to various cancers. In this study, we observed the safety, biodistribution and radiation dosimetry of 68Ga-FAP-RGD in patients with various types of cancer and compared them with the results of 68Ga-FAPI-02 or 18F-FDG imaging to evaluate the dosimetric characteristics and diagnostic efficacy of 68Ga-FAP-RGD.
ECG is one of the classic tests for coronary artery disease, but patients with coronary artery disease often have no onset of typical symptoms at the time of consultation, so it is difficult to capture ischemic changes on a conventional ECG. In this study, a diagnostic test was performed to assess the diagnostic value of wearable ECG for coronary artery disease, with the gold standard of coronary angiography and quantitative flow fraction. In addition, we followed up with the enrolled participants for 1 year to assess the relationship between wearable ECG and long-term prognosis.
The occurrence of VTE in hospital is an important cause of unexpected death of inpatients, and has become a serious problem faced by hospital managers and clinical medical staff.Under the target of "Improving the Standard Prevention Rate of Venous Thromboembolism" proposed in the "National Medical Quality and Safety Improvement Goal in 2022", it is urgent to establish a highly sensitive VTE risk assessment and monitoring system. At present, VTE risk assessment scale is used for risk screening and monitoring in combination with D-dimer in clinical practice, but D-dimer has low specificity and poor sensitivity, which makes it impossible to accurately assess the risk of venous thrombosis. Therefore, it is very important to explore highly specific molecular markers of thrombosis for VTE risk assessment. This project will analyze the value of single or combined detection of different thrombus molecular markers in VTE risk assessment, establish the best VTE risk assessment scheme, improve the standardized prevention of VTE, realize the early intervention of VTE, truly achieve early detection, early prevention and early treatment, and effectively reduce the occurrence of VTE.
The study is being conducted to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SHR8058 eye drops for patients with dry eye disease.
This Phase 1 open label study is being conducted to directly characterize the pharmacokinetic (PK) profiles of Chiglitazar following administration of a single oral dose in subjects with renal impairment compared to subjects with normal renal function.
This Phase 1 open label study is being conducted to directly characterize the pharmacokinetic (PK) profiles of Chiglitazar following administration of a single oral dose in subjects with varying degrees of hepatic impairment compared to subjects with normal hepatic function.
Overall Design: a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, dose-exploration study. Main outcome: 1.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of XY03-EA tablets in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
