There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
To investigate the effect of 10,600 nm CO2 laser combined with Zimmer Cryo 6 forced cold air device on the comfort and efficacy of patients with burn scars or post-operative linear scars, and to provide a safer, more effective and more satisfactory program for clinical treatment of burn scars or post-operative linear scars.
To explore the objective effectiveness and safety of TACE combined with Lenvatinib in the treatment of advanced liver cancer. After successful down-stage, radical microwave ablation was further performed.
This is a phase 1, open-label, dose escalation and cohort expansion study and conducted in China and the United States to investigate the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of QLH11811 in advanced or metastatic NSCLC patients who have progressed after prior EGFR-TKI treatment. The study consists of the following 2 phases: phase 1: dose escalation (1a) and phase 2: cohort expansion (1b).
The endoscopic binostril transnasal transsphenoidal resection of pituitary procedures often cause intense pain which is difficult to suppress at the depth of conventional general anesthesia, resulting in severe hemodynamic fluctuations in patients. Infraorbital and infratrochlear nerve block can block the pain signal caused by the endoscopic binostril transnasal transsphenoidal resection of pituitary theoretically, which has been proven to provide satisfactory analgesia after septorhinoplasty. However, whether bilateral infraorbital and infratrochlear nerve block can provide stable hemodynamics and reduce the hemodynamic fluctuation the patients undergoing endoscopic binostril transnasal transsphenoidal resection of pituitary remains unclear.
Remazolam besylate was used for sedation during endoscopic hemostasis in patients with esophageal and gastric varices rupture and bleeding in liver cirrhosis. The onset time, recovery time and incidence of adverse reactions were observed.
CD19-CAR-γδT cell therapy is a cellular immunotherapy targeting CD19 to perform CAR modification on allogeneic γδT cells. In this study, a second-generation anti-CD19 CAR prototype was constructed, bearing murine FMC63 single-chain variant fragment (scFv) together with intracellular 4-1BB co-stimulatory and CD3ζ signaling domains linked by a CD8α sequence comprising the hinge and transmembrane domains. The cells were derived from the patient's relative donors or unrelated healthy donors. Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) -mismatched or partially matched or full matched are acceptable. The upgraded version of the CAR-γδT product that has been validated for resistance to alloreactive T cell killing will be used in this study after March 20th, 2024. This is a single center, prospective, open-label, single-arm, phase 1/2 study. A total of around 30 patients with relapsed or refractory (r/r) B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) will be enrolled in the study and receive allogeneic CD19-CAR-γδT cell infusion. Phase 1 (n=9 to 12) is dose escalation part, and phase 2 (n=15 to 20) is expansion cohort part. The primary objective of this study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of allogeneic CD19-CAR-γδT cell therapy in patients with r/r B-cell NHL.
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of QL0911 to prevention chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia. Thrombocytopenia is a low number of platelets in the blood. Sometimes, thrombocytopenia occurs as a side effect of chemotherapy treatments.
The trial will be carried out in Peking University People's Hospital. The whole trial will last 3 years. Amputees from orthopedics and vascular surgery will be distributed into two groups randomly and receive different treatments including traditional resection and regenerative peripheral nerve interface(RPNI) surgery. The pain outcome, the impact of post-amputation pain on life and the utilization rate of prostheses will be collected to study the efficacy, safety and prognosis of preventive regenerative peripheral nerve interface reconstruction in amputees. Investigators believe that RPNI can effectively reduce the incidence of post-amputation pain, reduce the degree of pain, improve the wearing rate of prostheses, and help patients return to normal life.
The present study aims to evaluate the feasibility, safety and efficacy of EUS-FNI for MEN1-related pNETs
Massive hemoptysis is a serious disease of respiratory system, which seriously endangers the life of patients. There are obvious difficulties in the treatment of hemoptysis. In the traditional treatment, patients still have the risk of massive hemoptysis and suffocation, and the risk control in the treatment process cannot be ensured. Intra - airway interventional therapy, especially the hemostatic technique of intra - airway balloon catheter, is an important means to control the risk of hemoptysis. However, the current intraairway balloon catheter therapy technology is immature, complicated and difficult to operate, and the cost is high. There is a lack of special balloon for hemostasis, and the balloon borrowed for other purposes cannot meet the needs of hemoptysis treatment. Therefore, it is urgent to develop a new balloon catheter for airway hemostasis, which has simple technical operation, easy to master and popularize, efficient and safe function and structure. According to this requirement, this project designed and developed hemostatic balloon catheter with multiple functions such as self-guiding, anti-displacement, anti-leakage and detachable rear end, so as to make the treatment of massive hemoptysis more safe and effective, simpler and faster, so as to be widely applied in clinical practice.
