Study purpose: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tislelizumab in combination with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma in the real world; Study design: Non-intervention, single center, case registration, real-world study; Number of registrations: 40; Source of data: This project is a non-interventionary real world case follow-up registration. All registration data are from real clinical practice cases. The collected data include the following requirements: 1. Age ≥18 years old; 2. Unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma confirmed by histological examination or clinical diagnosis; 3. Plan or have received systemic therapy combined with Tiralizumab; 4. No participation in other clinical studies; 5. Access to Tislelizumab treatment and other clinical records; Primary endpoint: Overall response rate; Secondary endpoint: Disease control rate, progress free survival, overall survival, safety; Exploratory endpoint: To explore the predictive value of multiple Biomarker combinations, such as PD-L1, TMB, MSI, DDR, POLE/POLD, in HCC immunotherapy response.

The purpose of this study was to determine the antitumor activity of enfortumab vedotin (EV) confirmed by the objective response rate (ORR). This study also evaluated the effect of antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), total antibody (TAb) and monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) in Chinese participants with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer. In addition, the study also evaluated the duration of response (DOR), disease control rate (DCR), progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), and immunogenicity determined by the incidence of antitherapeutic antibodies (ATA). Safety and tolerability of EV in participants with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer was also evaluated.

This is a study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Supaglutide injection in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with poor glycemic control after diet and exercise intervention. This trial includes dosage determination (Phase IIb) and efficacy confirmation stage(Phase III). The primary outcome of the phase IIb period is to preliminarily evaluate the efficacy and safety of Supaglutide and to provide the recommended dosage for the Phase 3 period after 12-week treatment. The primary outcome of the Phase III period is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Supaglutide after 24-week, double-blind treatment. The secondary outcome is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Supaglutide after 24-week, double-blinded plus 28-week, open-label treatment period.

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy of adding lazertinib to amivantamab, carboplatin, and pemetrexed (LACP/ACP-L dosing strategies) and amivantamab, carboplatin and pemetrexed (ACP) compared with carboplatin and pemetrexed (CP) in participants with locally advanced or metastatic epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) Exon 19del or Exon 21 L858R substitution non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after osimertinib failure. The purpose of the extension cohort is to further describe the safety and efficacy for the ACP-L dosing schedule versus ACP with additional data. After completion of the primary analysis, the study may eventually transition to an open-label extension (OLE) or long-term extension (LTE) phase during which participants will have the option to continue their assigned treatment.

To Evaluate the Efficacy of Durvalumab + Anlotinib in Terms of OS and PFS.

This is an open-label, randomised, multicenter, Phase II study. This study is planned to enroll 90 eligible patients to receive durvalumab combined with up to 4 cycles of etoposide and platinum-based chemotherapy (EP). And approximately 64 patients who complete the 4 cycles of durvalumab + EP treatment and don't have progressive diseases (Non-PD patients) will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive maintenance treatment durvalumab + anlotinib (Arm 1) or durvalumab (Arm 2) until confirmed progressive disease. Prophylactic cranial irradiation (PCI) is allowed at the investigators' discretion as per SoC guidance for ES-SCLC. Patients will attend a safety follow up visit 90 days after last dose of durvalumab. Tumor assessments will be performed at Screening with follow-up at Week 6 ±1 week and Week 12 ±1 week from the date of the first cycle treatment, and then every 8 weeks ±1 week until confirmed objective disease progression.
