There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This study investigates the concentration levels of NAD+/NADH in peripheral blood samples and immune cells of healthy adults of different age groups under daily physiological and lifestyle conditions, in order to determine the baseline levels of NAD+/NADH in adult populations of different age groups and genders. Simultaneously examining the biological status and function of human immune cells, blood biochemistry, biological age levels, to explore the biological function and mechanism of NAD+/NADH in the aging process of the human body.
This study is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel phase 3 study to evaluate efficacy, safety, pharmacokinetics characteristics and immunogenicity of TG103 injection, a GLP-1 receptor agonist, for weight management in non-diabetic patients with BMI greater than or equal to 28 kg/m2 or greater than 24 kg/m2 in the presence of comorbidities, in addition to lifestyle intervention (calorie restrict diet and increased physical activity).
purpose of research: fundamental purpose: • To evaluate the effectiveness of pemitinib in patients with advanced gastric cancer who have failed standard therapy with fibroblast growth factor receptor 1-3 (FGFR1-3) variant (including but not limited to FGFR1-3 amplification, rearrangement / fusion, mutation, etc.). Secondary purpose: - To evaluate the safety and tolerability of pemitinib in patients with advanced gastric cancer who have previously failed standard therapy with the FGFR1-3 variant: including incidence of adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs) and association with therapy. Incidence of treatment-related AEs / SAEs. - Exploring efficacy and safety in subjects with different FGFR variant types. The end of the study: Main end point: • The primary endpoint of the study was the 6-month PFS rate (progression-free survival, defined as first dose to disease progression [PD] or death). Secondary end point: • Objective response rate (defined as the proportion of subjects achieving complete response (CR) or partial response (PR) by RECIST1.1 criteria). Duration of response (DOR, defined as the time from first CR or PR to PD, is used only for subjects with an objective response). - Disease control rate (DCR, defined as the proportion of subjects with CR + PR + stable disease stable [SD]). - Overall survival (OS, defined as the time of first dose to death from any cause). - Safety and tolerability: Grade evaluation for assessing the severity of adverse events according to NCI CTCAE (version 5.0), including: 1. Incidence, severity, and association of all AEs, TRAEs, SAEs, and the study drug; 2. Number and proportion of subjects stopping treatment due to the above adverse events; 3. Study changes in vital signs, physical examination findings, and laboratory results before, during and after treatment. - To describe the efficacy and safety in subjects with different FGFR gene variant types.
This is a study to evaluate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), occurrence of all adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs), pharmacokinetic parameters and antitumor effect of TQB3912 tablets in Chinese adult patients with advanced malignant neoplasm. The study was divided into phase Ia and phase Ib, Phase Ia: Dose escalation period, to evaluate the safety and tolerability of TQB3912 tablets, determine MTD; Phase Ib: Effectiveness exploration period, to expand the safe and effective dose group, and to recommend appropriate dosage and method for subsequent clinical research.
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous RC48-ADC in adjuvant/salvage treatment of HER2 positive high-risk non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer.
This is a multicenter, prospective, randonmized study. Our previous retrospective study showed that for SAA patients who were intolerant to ATG, CsA+ eltrombopag (EPAG) had similar efficacy to CsA+ATG+EPAG. Since the action mechanism of AVA and EPAG is not exactly the same, and the metabolic level of the elderly is not the same as that of younger patients, it is unknown whether there are predictive factors of efficacy in the treatment of AVA. We wondered whether CsA+AVA could achieve an efficacy similar to CsA+ATG+AVA in the Elderly. Meanwhile, to explore the predictive factors of efficacy, to find out a safe and effective treatment strategy for the Elderly.
Evaluate the efficacy and safety of Allogenic Adipose Tissue-Derived Mesenchymal Progenitor Cells Therapy
According to the "China Smoking Health Hazard Report 2020", the total number of smokers in China is estimated to be 350 million, of which 180 million are already addicted. In addition, more than 700 million nonsmokers are exposed to secondhand smoke and become passive smoking victims, among which the family is one of the main places of secondhand smoke exposure, and mothers and children are the most affected group. Passive smoking is a risk factor for spontaneous abortion in pregnant women and an important risk factor for the occurrence of gestational hypertension syndrome and pregnancy complications, and it also affects embryonic development with adverse pregnancy outcomes such as miscarriage, stillbirth, intrauterine growth retardation, preterm birth, immune deficiency, birth defects, and mental retardation. Helping smokers quit is the fundamental solution to reducing secondhand smoke exposure. The accessibility and effectiveness of traditional offline smoking cessation intervention services do not meet the needs of society. With the development of mobile communication technology, digital cessation such as SMS cessation, WeChat cessation, and APP cessation have emerged, which combine clinical cessation guidelines with software technology and present rich product features and interactive design, providing a new solution to expand the accessibility of clinical cessation interventions and address the problem of secondhand smoke exposure. We hope to explore the impact of different digital cessation tools and their combinations on reducing smoking prevalence and maternal tobacco exposure.
Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries and bone tunnel enlargement (BTE) after ACL reconstruction (ACLR) remain frequent issues. Bone dust (BD) produced by tunnel preparation with osteogenic ability and reverse drilling (RD), an easy compaction technique, make it accessible to enhance tendon-bone healing in ACLR. We hyposize that RD and BD synergistically improve outcomes after arthroscopic ACLR by improving peritunnel bone and preventing BTE.
This is a single center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, dose-Escalation clinical study to investigate the safety and efficacy of EPCs transplantation in Acute ischemic stroke.
