NCT ID: NCT05604859 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Severe Fever With Thrombocytopenia Syndrome

Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Various Treatment Schemes for Severe Fever With Thrombocytopenia Syndrome(SFTS)

Start date: August 19, 2022
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

This is a prospective, multicenter, non-randomized, controlled intervention clinical study.Patients with severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome who have been clinically diagnosed and met the study inclusion criteria will be included in the study for analysis. All patients with SFTS will be assigned to different groups according to the ratio of 1:3, including the non-intervention group (conventional treatment group) and the related drug intervention group. Non-intervention group:patients received conventional treatment during hospitalization. Intervention group: Part A group: Patients received methylprednisolone 1-2mg/kg/d(or other glucocorticoid equivalent to methylprednisolone 1-2mg/kg/d) + intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) 0.2g-0.4g/kg/d for a total of 3-5 days. If the disease progressed after treatment, the patients was given the dose of rescue therapy (methylprednisolone > 2mg/kg/d or other glucocorticoid equivalent to methylprednisolone > 2mg/kg/d + IVIG 0.4g/kg/d) for another 3-5 days. Part B group: Patients received tocilizumab 4mg/kg once. Part C group: Patients received low molecular weight heparin 100U/kg, qd or q12h IH for 4-7 days. If the platelet count is less than 30 × 10^9/L, the low molecular weight heparin should be discontinued. All patients received conventional treatment. All patients were followed up from the end of treatment to day 28 after completion of treatment.

NCT ID: NCT05604768 Recruiting - Pregnancy Clinical Trials

Study on Initiation and Immunological Mechanism of Childbirth

Start date: March 28, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study is a prospective observational study. The participants including 40 pregnant women who have been filed and delivered in our hospital will enrolled, collect venous blood will be collected at different stages of pregnancy, delivery, postpartum to detect the concentration of fetal free DNA, the frequency of associated immune cells, and the expression of functional molecules, so as to explore the immunological mechanism of delivery initiation.

NCT ID: NCT05604755 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Third Generation TKI

Prophylactic HQP1351 Therapy Post-transplants on Leukemia After Allo-HSCT

Case-Only
Start date: January 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) improves the long-term outcomes for Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) and BC-CML. Relapse remains a major cause of treatment failure even after allo-HSCT. The prevention of relapse is essential for improving the outcome of Ph+ ALL. Pre-emptive tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKIs) administration based on minimal residual disease (MRD) and BCR-ABL mutation after allo-HSCT might reduce the incidence of relapses and improve survival for patients with Ph+ luekemia. In this study, we will evaluate the safety and efficacy of newly third TKI-HQP1351 therapy post-transplants on Ph+ leukemia after allo-HSCT with MRD positive pre-transplants.

NCT ID: NCT05604742 Withdrawn - cGVHD Clinical Trials

Belimumab for Treatment of cGVHD Following Allo-HCT

Start date: January 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Given the role of B cells in the pathophysiology of chronic graft versus host disease (GvHD), the association between elevated BAFF levels post-transplant in abnormal B-cell homeostasis and chronic GvHD, and the efficacy of belimumab in the inhibition of soluble human B lymphocyte stimulator protein (BAFF) signaling, these proof-of-principle findings support the rational for use of belimumab as treatment of chronic GvHD.The investigators propose a pilot and feasibility study to assess the safety and tolerability, as well as preliminary efficacy, of belimumab a treatment of cGvHD following allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (alloHCT). The investigators' central hypothesis is that belimumab will be well tolerated and have a favorable effect on chronic GvHD,and we explored therapeutic dosage of belimumab.

NCT ID: NCT05604716 Recruiting - Pancreas Cancer Clinical Trials

Cross-sectional Follow-up on Digestive and Social Functions of SPN

Start date: January 1, 2001
Phase:
Study type: Observational

An observational cross-sectional follow-up study on the quality of life (two aspects, digestive physiological and social psychological functions) of solid pseudopapillary neoplasm of the pancreas (SPN) patients recruited in PUMCH from 2001 to 2026. The quality of life is evaluated by a questionnaire made up of eight validated scales.

NCT ID: NCT05604664 Completed - Esophageal Cancer Clinical Trials

Clinical Value and Efficacy Index of Lymphadenectomy for Thoracic Escc

Start date: May 1, 2022

NCT ID: NCT05604456 Completed - Clinical trials for Secondary Ear Reconstructions Based on Nagata Method

Secondary Ear Reconstructions Based on Nagata Method

Start date: May 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The goal of this observational study is to provide a feasible surgical strategy based on Nagata method for patients who require secondary revision surgeries and to verify its long-term aesthetic outcomes. The main question it aims to answer is: • Whether ear reconstruction surgery based on Nagata method can improve the unsatisfactory outcomes of primary reconstruction surgery? Participants who had accepted secondary ear reconstruction based on Nagata method in our department will be required to received questionnaires in the follow-up and their photographs will be collected for reconstructed ear evaluation of its realness through convolutional neural network (CNN) models we previously developed.
