There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
To observe and evaluate the safety and efficacy of the HighLife Transcatheter Mitral Valve Replacement System in patients with moderate-severe or severe mitral valve regurgitation through a prospective, multicenter clinical trial using objective performance criteria.
Application of 3D printing guide plate in percutaneous disc decompression
More than 2 million patients worldwide receive heart surgery every year, majority of these surgical patients will undergo cardiopulmonary bypass. However, the incidence of postoperative acute lung injury due to cardiopulmonary bypass is still as high as 20% to 35%. According to clinical experience, the earlier lung damage is detected, the more successful the treatment will be. On the basis of traditional detection, the investigators found a new indicator, serum calpains, which are easy to obtain and have certain specificity. Importantly, they can predict postoperative acute lung injury within 1 hour after cardiac surgery. It is meaningful that this indicator can provide clinicians with early decision-making advice and immediate treatment for patients who may be at risk.
To evaluate the clinical efficacy of albumin paclitaxel combined with carelizumab and FLOT in the neoadjuvant treatment of locally advanced gastric cancer with different immune types
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the rhythm control effect in hypertrophic non-obstructive patients with non-paroxysmal atrial fibrillation by either concomitant catheter endocardial and thoracoscopic epicardial ablation or catheter ablation alone. The study aims to see if concomitant hybrid ablation can more effectively achieve rhythm control effect than catheter ablation alone in non-paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
This project is an open, dose escalation and expansion phase I clinical study. The first phase is a dose escalation study, and the second phase is a dose expansion study based on the Maximum tolerated dose (MTD) / Recommended Phase II Dose (RP2D) obtained in the first phase. The purpose is to evaluate the tolerability and preliminary efficacy of TQB3702 tablets in hematological tumor subjects.
The purpose of this study is to compare pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in combination with sacituzumab govitecan with pembrolizumab alone with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR) among adults with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) tumor proportion score (TPS) ≥50%).
This is a single-center, open-label, fixed sequence phase I clinical study. To evaluate the effect of continuous administration of omeprazole magnesium enteric coated tablets on PK after single dose AB-106 capsule administration in Chinese healthy male subjects. This study includes a screening period (1-28 days before administration), treatment period (34 days), and follow-up period ( after the last dose completed 7 ± 3 days). The treatment period of this study was divided into two periods, and the subjects were divided into two groups, 12 subjects in the first group and 10 subjects in the second group. The treatment method and research process of each group of subjects are the same. After the first group of subjects completes the second cycle and is evaluated by the investigator and sponsor, the second group of subjects can start administration. If there are no more than 4 subjects in the first group who have vomiting gastrointestinal reaction (vomiting occurs within 8 hours after each cycle of administration) after completing the two cycles of administration of AB-106 400 mg, they can be added to the second group of subjects, and the number of added subjects shall not exceed the number of subjects who have vomiting gastrointestinal reaction. If more than 4 subjects have gastrointestinal reaction of vomiting, the investigator and sponsor will make a comprehensive evaluation, and can reduce the dosage of AB-106 to 200 mg, and 22 subjects will be included in the trial at one time or supplemented in the second group to complete the 400 mg dose group
Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) has three different testings according to the type of genetic disease, which was classified as PGT-M, PGT-SR and PGT-A. If the couple is tested for two different genetic diseases at the same time, it is necessary to customize the probe and adopt different detection methods, which increases the cost and cycle of testing. Advanced expert pre-experimental analysis is required for PGT-M in couples with monogenic disease. If the family members are unavailable, only the polar bodies, sperms or affected embryos can be used to analysis, which not only increases the risk of failure, but also increases the difficulty of detection. At present, BGI has developed a new single-tube complete Long fragment whole genome sequencing (stLFR-WGS) technology, which uses the same molecular tag on the short read sequencing fragments from the same long DNA molecule to achieve accurate short read sequencing to obtain long DNA information. Multiple genetic abnormalities such as gene variation, chromosome aneuploidy and chromosome structure rearrangement can be directly detected in embryos without pre-experiment of family members, so as to achieve universal normalization of the three PGT methods and solve the PGT detection needs of patients with multiple genetic diseases.
Non-intervention observation to evaluate the safety and efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors alone or combined with molecular targeted drugs / local interventional therapy in patients with advanced liver cancer, and to provide the best choice for the treatment of patients with advanced liver cancer in different stages.
