A study on the prediction model of carotid unstable plaque protein and its early intervention. Protein antibody chip was used to detect the remaining biological samples, and patients with carotid artery unstable plaque with stroke risk were selected for interventional clinical trials. The selected patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, which were treated with Zhu's Wenban Formula (TCM compound granules), Qushi Formula (TCM compound granules) and placebo for 6 months, respectively. The size and number of carotid artery unstable plaques before and after 6 months were observed, and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the intervention period was observed.

The purpose of this study was to make sure whether the infiltration of dexmedetomidine around the uterus can reduce the pain of cesarean section surgery.Studies have shown that the use of local anesthetic infiltration around the uterus can reduce pain after cesarean section surgery.In observed group, 50ug of dexmedetomidine (volume 10ml) was infiltrated around the uterus at the end of the caesarean section, while in controled group, 10ml normal saline as placebo was infiltrated around the uterus. VASs was accessed in 2h 12h,24h,48h after surgery.

The goal of this clinical trial is to conduct a randomized double-blind controlled trial to explore the efficacy and safety of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) in the treatment of manic episode (ME) and analyzes the brain functional connectivity to construct the therapeutic effect prediction model of tDCS for ME. The main questions it aims to answer are: - A randomized double-blind controlled trial is conducted to clarify the efficacy and safety of tDCS combined with pharmacological treatments in the ME. - A therapeutic effect prediction model of tDCS for ME by using functional near-infrared spectroscopy to evaluate brain function. Participants will be receive: - clinical data interview and clinical symptom assessment. - the functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) to analysis brain functional connectivity. - tDCS stimulation, which was performed once a day sessions of active or sham anodal tDCS to the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and Cathode to the left OFC (2 mA, 20 minutes, 10 sessions). In the active group, current stimulations were gradually ramped up to 2 mA (in 30 seconds) intensity for 20 minutes, once a day, for 10 days. For sham stimulation, the procedure was identical, except that the current was gradually ramped up to 2mA and rapidly down to zero (in 30 seconds), thus leading to the same initial sensations of tDCS.
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the efficacy and safety of curative radiotherapy with or without induction chemotherapy in patients with T3N1M0 nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The main question[s] it aims to answer are: - Whether induction chemotherapy confers a survival benefit in patients with T3N1M0 nasopharyngeal carcinoma with high risks factors. - Whether induction chemotherapy worsens adverse effects in patients with T3N1M0 nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Participants in experimental group will receive 3 cycles induction chemotherapy (GP or TPF) followed by concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Participants in control group will receive concurrent chemoradiotherapy only. Researchers will compare FFS, OS and AE or SAE to see if patients can benefit from induction chemotherapy or screen out high-risk factors associated with survival benefits.

Test preparation A(T1): Brivaracetam sustained-release tablets (100mg/ tablet, developed by Taizhou Overseas Pharmaceuticals Co.,Ltd.) Test preparation B(T2): Brivaracetam sustained-release tablets (50mg/ tablet, developed by Taizhou Overseas Pharmaceuticals Co.,Ltd.) Reference preparation (R): Brivaracetam tablets (50mg/ tablet, BRIVIACT®, UCB) Objective: The sustained-release tablets of Brivaracetam (specification: 100mg) developed by Taizhou Overseas Pharmaceuticals Co.,Ltd. were used as the test preparation A(T1), the sustained-release tablets of Brivaracetam (specification: 50mg) were used as the test preparation B(T2), and the Brivaracetam tablets (trade name: BRIVIACT®, specification: 50mg) produced by UCB were used as the reference preparation (R). To compare the blood concentration and main pharmacokinetic parameters between test preparation A(T1) and test preparation B(T2), between test preparation A(T1) and reference preparation, and between test preparation B(T2) and reference preparation, and evaluate the relative bioavailability and sustained release characteristics of test preparation. Objective: To evaluate the safety of China healthy volunteers after oral administration of sustained-release tablets of test preparation A(T1) and B(T2) and reference preparation (R) Brivaracetam tablets on an empty stomach.

This is an open-label single photon emission tomography/computed tomography (SPECT/CT) study to investigate the imaging performance of 99mTc-MIRC213 in breast cancer patients. A single dose of 11.1-14.8Mega-Becquerel (MBq) per kilogram body weight 99mTc-MIRC213 will be injected intravenously. Visual and semiquantitative method will be used to assess the SPECT/CT images.
