There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Based on clinical manifestations, laboratory data and intestinal microflora detection, the cognitive function characteristics of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and cerebrovascular disease and its relationship with intestinal microflora were analyzed to explore the possible pathogenesis of lupus cerebrovascular disease.
The disease activity index under intestinal color ultrasound was evaluated by SUS-CD, and the disease activity index under capsule endoscopy was evaluated by CECDAI. All subjects underwent intestinal color ultrasound and capsule endoscopy at baseline and at the third month of treatment. To compare the correlation between SUS-CD and CECDAI before and after treatment, and to compare the role of intestinal color ultrasound and capsule endoscopy in monitoring Crohn's disease in small intestine.
In recent years, the incidence rate of breast cancer has remained high. In China, breast cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest incidence rate among women. Although the research and development of various targeted drugs and the improvement of clinical treatment system have effectively improved the 5-year survival rate of breast cancer patients in China, the clinical treatment effect of breast cancer is still unsatisfactory. It is speculated that the main reasons for the poor clinical efficacy of breast cancer are drug tolerance, recurrence, distant metastasis, etc., which further leads to some limitations in the exploration of clinical drug development and regulatory mechanism. Paclitaxels are common chemotherapeutic drugs, which have been widely used in the treatment of breast cancer, ovarian cancer and some lung cancer. In2005, albumin binding paclitaxel was approved by FDA for the treatment of breast cancer patients. It is highly hydrophobic and requires a mixture of polyethylene castor oil and ethanol. These solvents will increase the toxic reactions of patients treated with paclitaxel, including severe allergic and anaphylactic reactions, and irreversible peripheral neuropathy, usually requiring the use of corticosteroids and antihistamines in advance. In order to further confirm the advantages of albumin binding paclitaxel and common paclitaxel chemotherapeutic drugs in neoadjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer, this project intends to explore albumin binding based on different molecular types of breast cancer (luminal a, B, HER2 +, triple negative) An observational study on the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with a-paclitaxel and common paclitaxel chemotherapeutic drugs. Randomized grouping confirmed the effectiveness of albumin binding paclitaxel replacing common paclitaxel in neoadjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer with different molecular types, providing evidence-based medical evidence for the selection of paclitaxel chemotherapeutic drugs based on breast cancer molecular types. At the same time, the patients with poor efficacy among the patients who selected the neoadjuvant chemotherapy scheme for breast cancer according to the guidelines of NCCN and CSCO were screened for clinical transformation research (including basic experimental research, follow-up intensive treatment selection, and providing basis for entering other drug clinical trials). For the patients who achieved the clinical efficacy of PCR with neoadjuvant chemotherapy, we further analyzed the reasons to explore a better scheme of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
The investigators plan to conduct a multiomics analysis(such as, Genomics, proteomics, single cell RNA sequencing, space transcriptomics)of tumor tissue and blood, aiming at analyzing tumor heterogeneity, mapping the microenvironment map of lung cancer and exploring the mechanism of sensitivity and resistance to anti-PD1/PD-L1 antibodies.
This prospective observational study was designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors in combination with statins compared with treatment with PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors alone in advanced NSCLC patients. Participants will receive either immunotherapy + statin or immunotherapy until progressive disease (PD) as assessed by the investigator using Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST v1.1). Treatment can be continued until persistent radiographic PD or symptomatic deterioration.
The purposes of the study are to evaluate the safety and tolerability of different dose levels of recombinant herpes zoster vaccine (CHO Cells) with 2 doses at 2-month intervals in healthy subjects aged 18 years and older, and to preliminarily explore immunogenicity.
This is a phase Ib/II study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and anti-tumor activity of AK119 and AK112 With or Without Chemotherapy for NSCLC patients.
Neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), as an inflammatory index, is cheap and easy to obtain, and could be widely used in hospitals at all levels. NLR is a valuable biomarker that is significantly correlated with the status of immune and inflammatory responses. In the past few years, NLR has been continuously and extensively explored in various diseases, and the research progress is considerable. In cardiovascular disease, NLR can predict arrhythmia and short - and long-term mortality in patients with acute coronary syndrome. NLR may be associated with heart failure and valvular heart disease. Moreover, NLR has been shown to be associated with respiratory diseases (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), immune diseases (rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus), and digestive diseases (acute appendicitis, hepatocellular carcinoma, liver fibrosis, and cirrhosis). Importantly, the study of NLR in sepsis has received much attention in recent years. A 2019 meta-analysis concluded that peripheral white blood cell ratios, including NLR, lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio (LMR), and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), are associated with clinical outcomes in sepsis and are useful biomarkers of infection. They recommended that NLR be evaluated in future hierarchical models, To clarify its relationship with NLR and clinical outcome and the prognostic value of NLR, it is worth mentioning that NLR has also been found to have the ability to predict the outcome of sepsis. It has been shown that NLR, together with other inflammatory parameters, might be a marker for early detection of sepsis in the intensive care unit. However, a large body of evidence demonstrating the association between NLR and adverse clinical outcomes in sepsis remains controversial. Another study concluded that "no association was found between NLR and 28-day in-hospital mortality in patients with sepsis". In addition, the reliability of NLR on admission in predicting the prognosis of critical illness was also lower than that of traditional markers (including CRP, PCT, serum lactic acid and APACHEⅡ score). This study aimed to retrospectively investigate the early predictive value of inflammation-related parameters in-hospital mortality of septic patients.
This study will be done to see if ziltivekimab can be used to treat people living with heart failure and inflammation. Participants will either get ziltivekimab or placebo. Participants will get study medicine for once-monthly injections either in a pre-filled syringe to inject the study medicine into a skinfold or a pen-injector to inject the study medicine into flat skin. The study is expected to last for up to 4 years. Participants will have up to 20 clinic visits. Participants will have to use a study app on their phone to record and share information about all their injections of study medicine and to fill in questionnaires.
By comparing the incidence of PONV, the dosage of postoperative antiemetic drugs, the postoperative VAS score and the utilization rate of PCIA of hemophilia A patients in the NLR≥2 and NLR<2 groups, investigators could find out the high value in the diagnosis of hemophilia A, which is helpful to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hemophilia A.
