There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Some recent studies demonstrated caregivers may experience negative emotions such as anxiety and sadness, which may also affect normal treatment during the epidemic. As the pandemic continues, mental health support, encouragement , and a sense of purpose are needed to support healthcare workers.
This is a real-world study with the largest sample size investigating the pathological tumor and lymph node responses to neoadjuvant immunochemotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer to date. Patients with initially unresectable NSCLC underwent immunochemotherapy and response to treatment was assessed after every two treatment cycles. Clinicopathologic features of patients including epidemiological data, clinical manifestations, operation strategies, pathological findings, and prognostic information were recorded and evaluated.
A Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled and Multicenter Phase Ⅱ Clinical Trials To Evaluate the Safety, Efficacy and Pharmacokinetics of GST-HG141 Tablets in Treated Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) Patients With Low Viremia.
Acute pancreatitis is a common critical disease of the digestive system. Accumulated data showed that overexpression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in acute pancreatitis and experimental pancreatitis could be attenuated with COX-2 inhibitors. In recent years, it has been found that timely administration of indomethacin or diclofenac sodium to anus after ERCP can significantly reduce the incidence of AP after ERCP in patients at high risk of AP. The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of rectal indomethacin in reducing the systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) score in AP patients.
This is a single-arm, open, exploratory clinical study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of camrelizumab combined with chemotherapy for adjuvant treatment of nodal positive thoracic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the ED50 and ED95 of prophylactic norepinephrine infusion for preventing post-induction hypotension in elderly patients undergoing major abdominal surgery using up-and-down sequential method . The main question it aims to answer is: What is the effective concentration of prophylactic norepinephrine infusion for preventing post-induction hypotension in elderly patients. Participants will receive different concentrations of norepinephrine infusion at the beginning of anesthesia induction until 15 minutes after intubation.
Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between delayed cord clamping and neonatal bilirubin levels in pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. Method:This observational prospective cohort study included a total of 200 pregnant women at 37-40 gestational weeks. Among them, 100 pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy were divided into 50 cases of immediate cord clamping group (ICC in pregnant women with ICP)and 50 cases of delayed cord clamping group(DCC in pregnant women with ICP), and 100 normal pregnant women were also divided into 50 cases of immediate cord clamping group (ICC in normal pregnant women)and 50 cases of delayed cord clamping group(DCC in normal pregnant women). The bilirubin levels of neonates in each group were compared.
To evaluate the potential usefulness of 68Ga-DOTA-F2 positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) for the diagnosis of primary and metastatic lesions in various types of cancer, compared with 18F-FDG PET/CT.
The goal of this observational study is to learn about Influencing factors of intestinal microecological changes before and after colonoscopy. The main questions it aims to answer are: - [question 1] The process of colonoscopic gas insufflation affects the intestinal microecology. Will the use of carbon dioxide gas insufflation can reduce the changes of intestinal microecology after colonoscopy? - [question 2] Can the appendix act as a reservoir for microorganisms to accelerate the recovery of intestinal microecology after colonoscopy? Participants will be asked to accept colonoscopy for once. Group 1(Control group) will be insufflated air during the colonoscopy; Group 2(Carbon dioxide group) will be insufflated carbon dioxide during the colonoscopy; Group 3(After appendectomy group) will be insufflated air during the colonoscopy. Since Group 1 is comparison group, the investigators will compare Group 2 to see if carbon dioxide gas insufflation can reduce the changes of intestinal microecology after colonoscopy. Meanwhile, compare Group 3 to see if the appendix can accelerate the recovery of intestinal microecology after colonoscopy.
As a necessary process of life, sleep is an important link for the body to recover, integrate and consolidate memory. However, the fast pace of life in modern society and people's bad living habits are easy to cause sleep disorders. Sleep disorders are often the main factors that induce or aggravate cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Sleep staging is an important basis for sleep quality assessment and related disease diagnosis. At present, electroencephalography (EEG) has become the gold standard for judging sleep stages. However, this kind of method requires long-term contact of multiple electrodes with the human body, which is easy to affect the natural sleep of the subjects, so it is not suitable for sleep monitoring in home environment. Studies have shown that sleep is related to the regulation of autonomic nervous system, and heart rate variability (HRV) in sleep also shows periodic changes similar to brain waves. Smartwatch/bracelet can continuously monitor the user's pulse wave and acceleration data comfortably and without feeling. HRV features can be extracted using pulse wave data, and then sleep staging can be realized based on the correlation between HRV and brain waves, and sleep quality can be evaluated. Therefore, healthy sleep research aims to use smart devices to achieve sleep monitoring in the home environment and improve people's sleep quality
