There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
A Phase Ia/Ib, open label, dose escalation and dose extension trial of Anti-PD-1 and LAG-3 bispecific antibody, AK129, to evaluate the safety, tolerability and antitumor efficacy in patients with advanced malignant tumors
Consecutive patients suffering from gastric phytobezoars were divided into 3 groups (Group 1, Group 2 and Group 3) according to the phytobezoars' formation time and each group was further subdivided into control and intervention group according to whether Coca-Cola was admitted. All patients in intervention group dieted Coca-Cola whereas patients in control group refused to drink Coca-Cola and had willing to receive the emergently gastric fragmentation.
Recent researches have reported that biologics might be also effective for stricturing CD. However, the data were largely retrospective. Prospective studied are needed for evaluate the efficacy of biologics for stricturing Crohn's diseases.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ozanimod compared with placebo in participants with ulcerative colitis (UC) in mainland China and Taiwan. The main study is composed of an induction period, maintenance period, safety follow-up, and participants meeting certain criteria will be given the opportunity to participate in an optional open label extension.
Hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and dyslipidemia are common internal diseases, and all diseases are atherosclerosis risk factors. Previous studies applied color fundus photography to analyze retinal vascular changes (including exudation, hemorrhage, neovascularization, etc.) in patients with hypertension or diabetes, but the examination results could not be quantified. This study intends to apply optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) to examine retinal vessels. This method has the following advantages: 1) It can quantify vascular changes, and 2) It is noninvasive and reproducible for patients' follow-up. This study was designed to investigate retinal vascular changes in patients with hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia on OCTA. We will collect the patients' general information (gender, age), comorbidities, medications, blood lipids, blood glucose, carotid ultrasound, ankle-brachial index, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, color fundus photography, and OCTA results. We will follow up with the patients for five years and conduct the mentioned examinations once a year. We will also investigate the correlation between systemic atherosclerosis (such as coronary artery stenosis, and carotid artery stenosis) and retinal vasculopathy in patients with these diseases.
The purpose of this study was to measure cerebrospinal fluid density in aged patients and to see if there was a correlation between these factors and cerebrospinal fluid density by using the electronic medical record system to understand the patient's gender, blood glucose, blood biochemical electrolytes and blood levels.
This is a one arm, open clinical pharmacological exploration study initiated by researchers to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of vesicular stomatitis oncolytic virus injection (Revottack) combined with PD-1 inhibitor in patients with advanced malignant solid tumors. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, anti-tumor activity, immunogenicity, immune response, pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics and shedding characteristics of Revottack injection combined with PD-1 inhibitor in patients with advanced solid tumors.
Emergence profile and crown contour of implant supported rehabilitation, which is influenced by implant position, is associated with peri-implant health and esthetic outcomes. However, there is no study prospectively explore the association between implant position, emergence profile/crown contour, and dental implant outcomes. Thus, the present study aims to (1) assess the multivariate association between local factors and peri-implant soft-tissue health, inflammation, and microbiome; and (2) to identify patterns/clusters of implant characteristics significantly associated with health or inflammation.
Stroke volume variation (SVV) and pulse pressure variation (PPV) have been thought to be sensitive predictors of fluid responsiveness in mechanically ventilated participants. In this paper, the investigators reported a special group of people to use SVV and PPV during their operation. The maintenance of hemodynamic stability and the critical organ perfusion is crucial to the treatment for patients with artificial Pneumothorax during esophageal surgery, because artificial pneumothorax causes incomplete ventilation of one lung. In addition, artificial pneumothorax may seriously affect theparticipant's heart and lung function, brings more challenges to the intraoperative anesthetic management, expecially in volume management. Little information is available about the accuracy of SVV and PPV to predict fluid responsiveness in participants with artificial Pneumothorax during esophageal surgery. It is unclear whether it will affect the accuracy of SVV and PPV, and whether it will cause the change of their threshold values. The investigators will discuss it in the passage and the investigators will give an preliminary mechanism to explain the results.
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Cadonilimab Injection in combination with Regorafenib in the treatment of intermediate to advanced biliary systemic tumours that has failed at least one prior systemic therapy
