Perioperative Music Therapy Plus Oxycodone in Analgesia After Thoracic Surgery

Start date: August 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of Perioperative Music Therapy Plus Oxycodone in pain management after thoracic surgery, patients will be randomly assigned into two groups. The experimental group will receive perioperative music therapy and the control group will not. We will record and contrast the postoperative oxycodone usage to evaluate the effect of music therapy in relieving the pain. We will also use visual analogue scale, questionnaire and EEG to evaluate patients' anxiety and depression.

NCT ID: NCT05980741 Completed - Urological Nursing Clinical Trials

Exploration of New Nursing Models for Urological Surgery

Start date: January 1, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Patients undergoing urological surgery often need to be provided with targeted nursing care to ensure that the therapeutic effects can be fully realized, however, the traditional nursing cannot reach the expect effect.both patient outcome and nurse satisfaction have been reported with high levels of dissatisfaction in the traditional nursing. Therefore, exploring a new, patient-centered and effective nursing mode is needed. In 2010, the Chinese Ministry of Health proposed a project named the High-Quality Care Project to improve nurse and patient outcomes through the transformation of the nursing care delivery system in hospitals. This study aims to compare the new nursing model and the traditional nursing, and to explore a more effective nursing model for urological surgery.

NCT ID: NCT05979623 Completed - Clinical trials for Stage IB Non-Small Cell Lung Carcinoma

Clinicopathological Characteristics and Prognosis Analysis of Stage IB Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: January 2016
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The goal of this observation study is to learn about clinicopathological characteristics and prognostic factors of stage IB NSCLC. The main question it aims to answer is wheather there is relationship between newly proposed clinicopathological features and the prognosis of stage IB NSCLC .The postoperative pathological and follow-up information of participants will be used for subsequent analysis.

NCT ID: NCT05978726 Completed - Clinical trials for Coronary Heart Disease

Ticagrelor Versus Clopidogrel for CMD in Patients With AMI: A Retrospective Study Based on the Angio-IMR

Start date: July 1, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD) is increasingly recognized as an important indicator for long-term prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The angiography-derived index of microcirculatory resistance (angio-IMR) is a novel guidewire-free measure for CMD in patients with AMI. Ticagrelor has recently been suggested to have additional benefits on coronary microcirculation beyond its antiplatelet effect. This study was designed to compare the protective effects of ticagrelor and clopidogrel on CMD and prognostic impact in patients with AMI, using the angio-IMR as a novel assessment tool.

NCT ID: NCT05974098 Completed - Clinical trials for Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

Quality of Life Influencing Factors

Start date: March 10, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Background: quality of life is impaired in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. The purpose of this study is to explore the mediating effects of self-efficacy, coping, depression, and anxiety on the quality of life of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods: It is a cross-sectional study trial. This study aims to enroll 100 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Illness perceptions (Brief Illness Perceptions Questionnaire; BIPQ), coping styles (Carver Brief-COPE scale; B-COPE), depression Patient Health Questionnaire-9 ,PHQ-9),anxiety (The Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire, GAD 7) and quality of life (12-item Short Form Health Survey,SF12) will be analysed. This study intends to use correlation analysis and mediation analyses to assess the mediating effects of self-efficacy, coping, depression and anxiety on the quality of life of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
