Population Pharmacokinetics of Propafenone and Propranolol in Children Patients

Start date: February 1, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The use of propafenone and propranolol in children during clinical treatment was depending mostly on experience. Besides, there was no recommended dose for children in drug instruction. Therefore, the investigators' aim is to study the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics in children.

NCT ID: NCT05463601 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastatic Breast Cancer

Mecapegfilgrastim for the Prevention of Dalpiciclib -Induced Neutropenia in Advanced Breast Cancer

Start date: August 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Neutropenia is a common complication from dalpiciclib. Mecapegfilgramtim (code name HHPG-19K), a long-acting recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (rhG-CSF), has been developed. The study aim to evaluate the safety and efficiency of mecapegfilgrastim for prophylaxis of dalpiciclib -induced neutropenia in patients with advanced HR+/HER2- breast cancer.

NCT ID: NCT05463523 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Artificial Intelligence

A Multi-centric Clinical Trial in China for Skin Diseases Intelligent Diagnosis and Treatment System

Start date: April 15, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

In response to clinical needs, infrared multi-spectral images are combined with traditional clinical images and other multi-modal data to build a more efficient intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system and intelligent equipment for skin health and diseases, including skin lesions automatically segmentation on skin diseases images, automatically design surgical margin and planning for skin tumor surgery.

NCT ID: NCT05463445 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis

Multicenter Observational Study of PSC and IgG4-SC in China

Start date: July 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The investigators aimed to collect demographic features and clinical outcomes in patients diagnosed with PSC and IgG4-SC by utilizing participants database from multiple medical centers across Mainland China. Cross-sectional studies will focus on characterizing clinical presentations and validating diagnostic and prognostic models on Chinese PSC and IgG4-SC patients.

NCT ID: NCT05462743 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence-assisted Confocal Laser Endomicroscopy Identification of Intestinal Metaplasia Severity

Start date: July 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Currently, the Correa cascade is a widely accepted model of gastric carcinogenesis. Intestinal metaplasia is a high risk factor for gastric cancer. According to Sydney criteria, mild intestinal metaplasia was not associated with gastric cancer, while moderate to severe intestinal metaplasia was strongly associated with the development of gastric cancer. Because intestinal metaplasia is distributed in various forms, the use of white light endoscopy lacks specificity, and the consistency with histopathological diagnosis is poor; Pathological biopsy is still needed to make a diagnosis. At present, national guidelines suggest that OLGIM score should be used to evaluate the risk of gastric cancer, and patients with OLGIM grade III/IV should be monitored by close gastroscopy. However, it requires at least four biopsies, which is clinically infeasible. Confocal laser endomicroscopy allows real-time observation of living tissue, comparable to pathological findings.

NCT ID: NCT05462548 Recruiting - Thalassemia Major Clinical Trials

The Safety and Efficiency of Luspatercept in Chinese Adults With Transfusion Dependent β-thalassemia: a Real-world Study

Start date: July 2022
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

This is a prospective, single-arm, open-label study. Twenty adult patients with transfusion-dependent β -thalassemia will be enrolled to receive Luspatercept with optimal supportive care, including blood transfusion and iron removal, based on the clinician's judgment and practice. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Luspatercept in the treatment of adult patients with transfusion-dependent β -thalassaemia in Chinese clinical practice, and to provide evidence reference for subsequent clinical use.

NCT ID: NCT05462392 Recruiting - Prostate Cancer Clinical Trials

Robot-assisted Urological Surgeries Using the MicroHand S Robot

Start date: July 28, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

A single-blinded, prospective randomized parallel controlled clinical trial is designed and will be conducted from July 2022 to November 2023 (anticipated). One hundred and thirty-six patients (anticipated) with renal cancer or bladder cancer or prostate cancer will be enrolled in this study. Those patients will be enrolled by two hospital centers and the patients will be randomly divided into the Micro Hand S surgical robot group and the da Vinci surgical robot group. Robot-assisted partial nephrectomy, radical cystectomy, and radical prostatectomy will be conducted using the Micro Hand S robot or the da Vinci robot. The success rate of operation, assembly time, operation time, intraoperative hemorrhage, continence rate (if applicable), postoperative pain, comprehensive complication index, resident time and surgeon satisfaction were recorded. The aim of the study is to determine whether the newly developed Chinese Micro Hand S surgical robot results in non-inferiority outcomes in urological surgeries compared with the prevalent da Vinci robot.
