There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Anastomotic complications are serious complications after anus preserving surgery for rectal cancer, the instrument anastomosis technology are one of the factors that influence the occurrence of anastomotic complications after surgery, the laparoscopic linear cutting closure device used in robotic rectal cancer may increase the occurrence of anastomotic complications, but the robot linear cutting stapler (SureForm) may reduce the incidence of postoperative anastomotic complications due to the technical advantages, therefore, the aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of robotic linear cutting stapler SureForm and laparoscopic linear cutting stapler on the incidence of anastomotic complications after robotic rectal cancer anus preserving surgery.
To study the safety and efficacy of cord blood-derived CAR-NK cells targeting CD19/CD70 in patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma
This is a prospective, multicenter, cohort study aiming to compare the safety and efficacy of Embotrap stent retriever to other stent retrievers without inner channel for acute middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). All enrolled patients will be followed up at 90 days after randomization.
By combining the measurement of blood pressure in both arms with the information of the four diagnoses of TCM, we try to form a diagnostic model of "five diagnoses combined with ginseng" based on TCM Zang-fu syndrome differentiation. It can further objectify and visualize the fuzzy four diagnostic indicators of TCM. In order to solve the problem of data differentiation of TCM four diagnoses, and optimize the five diagnoses of TCM conjunctive index, explore the establishment of TCM intelligent diagnosis and treatment and contact evaluation computer system
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a systemic autoimmune disease with abnormal activation of B lymphocytes, which may result in many adverse consequences and even death if not treated actively. Telitacicept, approved conditionally in China in March 2021, is a biologic agent targeting B lymphocyte stimulator (BLyS)and a proliferating inducing ligand (APRIL) dually for patients with active SLE patients who have not responded to conventional treatment. The investigators hope to screen predictive biomarkers of efficacy and explore the mechanism of difference in efficacy of Telitacicept with Chinese characteristics by omics.
Background: The parturient will experience extreme pain during delivery. Effective labor analgesia will bring better delivery experience to the parturient, while the adverse experience during delivery may bring many adverse effects to the parturient, including postpartum depression, insomnia, and even suicide. Postpartum depression, which has a high incidence, is one of the most common diseases that affect the quality of life of pregnant women during the perinatal period. Postpartum depression even leads to maternal suicide, which is the main cause of maternal death in the first year after childbirth. At the same time, postpartum depression seriously affects the relationship between mother and baby, which significantly increases the risk of long-term psychological sequelae of their children. Its incidence in Europe and America is about 10%, while in China it even reaches 15.7-39.8%. In addition, these factors may also affect maternal breast milk and adversely affect the psychological and behavioral development of infants. Many studies report that effective analgesia can reduce the incidence of postpartum depression in the process of natural delivery, which indicates that labor analgesia is one of the effective measures to reduce postpartum depression. However, the sample size of these studies is relatively small, and they usually focus on the psychological impact on the mothers themselves, and the focus time is only 6-8 weeks after the operation. However, there is still a lack of large sample multicenter studies on the long-term outcome of postpartum mothers and newborns (including the impact of breast feeding and neonatal neurointellectual development). Objective: 1. The subjects were included and comprehensive perinatal data were collected. On this basis, the database of maternal and neonatal prognosis for labor analgesia was established; 2. Different data analysis methods were used to analyze the differences of maternal and neonatal outcomes to provide evidence based medical evidence for the current situation of labor analgesia and the optimization of labor analgesia mode.
This study was a single-center, exploratory, randomized controlled trial. First, the effects of ephedrine, phenylephrine, or norepinephrine on cerebral blood flow hemodynamics in patients undergoing carotid endarterectomy were evaluated using TCD techniques to investigate the specific mechanisms of the three vasopressors on cerebral blood flow and oxygen metabolism in brain tissues.
The goal of this clinical trial is to construct a symptom management strategy for patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor targeted therapy based on symptom management theory under the guidance of MRC framework. Embed the symptom management strategy into the information platform and conduct an empirical study on integrated care for GIST patients, and compare it with the traditional outpatient follow-up patients to explore the safety and effectiveness of the symptom management strategy and the application effect of the integrated care platform.
Low back pain is a common clinical condition, with up to 84% of adults experiencing varying degrees of low back pain. The most common form of low back pain is non-specific low back pain, which is often treated symptomatically in medicine due to its lack of etiology, which has many side effects. In contrast, acupuncture has the advantage of being practical and free of side effects. The use of acupuncture points in the lumbar region has a long history of application, as early as the《Huangdi Neijing》thousands of years ago. In the Ming Dynasty, there were summaries of the experience of " Yaobei Weizhong Qiu" (Which means the Weizhong point is closely associated with the waist). Weizhong point's efficacy in lumbar diseases (e.g., lumbar disc herniation, lumbago, sciatica, etc.) is still confirmed. One of the mechanisms is closely related to the improvement of microcirculation, which can be visualized by observing changes in infrared thermal parameters. Acupuncture and moxibustion are the most common therapies at Weizhong point, but there is a lack of research on the differences in efficacy between the two. Therefore, this study aims to collect the temperature parameters of the lumbar region in healthy subjects after acupuncture/moxibustion to estimate the difference in the therapeutic effect on the lumbar region, which can help to reveal the effect differences between acupuncture and moxibustion. As well as to provide scientific evidence to enrich the connotation of the classical theory " Yaobei Weizhong Qiu." the investigators will test the following hypotheses: 1. Hypotheses for main effects of different point selection(LU 5 and BL 40): H1: There is a significant difference in average temperature change at the waist at 30 minutes between the Weizhong(BL 40) group and the Chize(LU 5) group. H0: There is no difference in average temperature change at the waist at 30 minutes between the Weizhong(BL 40) group and the Chize(LU 5) group. 2. Hypotheses for the main effects of different interventions (acupuncture and moxibustion) H1: There is a significant difference in average temperature change at the waist at 30 minutes between the acupuncture group and the moxibustion group. H0: There is no difference in average temperature change at the waist at 30 minutes between the acupuncture and moxibustion groups.
