NCT ID: NCT06391879 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Renal Cell Carcinoma

Establishment of a Multidimensional Prediction Model for the Natural Course of VHL Disease-related Renal Cell Carcinoma

Start date: September 8, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

VHL syndrome is a rare hereditary tumor syndrome caused by mutation of tumor suppressor gene VHL. One of the most important clinical manifestations and main cause of death is VHL-related renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Facing the challenges of multilesion of both kidneys, slow progress and life-long repeated surgeries in VHL-related RCC, individualized prediction of the best surgical treatment time and reduction of times of surgeries are very important to improve the prognosis of patients with VHL syndrome. Therefore, there is an urgent need to establish a more effective and accurate prediction model for the natural course of VHL syndrome. This cohort-study aims to retrospectively and prospectively analyze the factors related to the natural course of VHL-related RCC. At the same time, some patients were selected for prospectively continuous molecular evolution dynamic monitoring after comprehensively considering the results of single cell sequencing, whole genome and metabonomic sequencing. This study will provide scientific basis for accurate diagnosis and treatment of natural course of VHL-related RCC.

NCT ID: NCT06391788 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Minimally Invasive Surgery

Efficacy and Safety of Thoracoscopic Morrow Surgery in the Treatment of Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy

Start date: March 31, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This single-center, prospective, open-label, randomized, controlled clinical trial is designed to assess the efficacy and safety of the Thoracoscopic Morrow procedure in the treatment of hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy. The primary objectives include investigating: Question 1: The efficacy and safety of two surgical modalities in patients presenting with left ventricular outflow tract obstruction and mid-left ventricular hypertrophy. Question 2: The impact of the two surgical procedures on hemodynamics in patients with left ventricular outflow tract obstruction, mid-left ventricular obstruction, and in individuals with or without organic valvular lesions. Question 3: The effects of the two surgical procedures on exercise capacity, quality of life, and long-term prognosis among patients with left ventricular outflow tract obstruction and central left ventricular obstruction, both with and without valvular lesions. Participants will be stratified into two groups. The experimental group will undergo thoracoscopic Morrow surgery, while the control group will undergo median open modified enlarged Morrow surgery.

NCT ID: NCT06391736 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Pompe Disease (Late-onset)

Evaluation of the Safety and Efficacy of Late-onset Pompe Disease Gene Therapy Drug

Start date: April 19, 2024
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is being conducted to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of GC301 adeno-associated virus vector expressing codon-optimized human acid alpha-glucosidase (GAA) as potential gene therapy for Pompe disease. Patients diagnosed with late-onset Pompe disease (LOPD) who are ≥ 6 years old will be studied.

NCT ID: NCT06391710 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Heart Failure With Preserved Ejection Fraction

HRS9531 Injection in Obese Subjects With Heart Failure With Preserved Ejection Fraction

Start date: May 6, 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This was a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-parallel-controlled Phase II clinical study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of HRS9531 Injection compared to placebo in obese subjects with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction. A total of 200 obese subjects with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction would be enrolled. Eligible subjects were randomly assigned to either HRS9531 group or placebo group and were treated with HRS9531 injection or placebo, respectively, for 52 weeks.

NCT ID: NCT06391632 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Postoperative Complications

Construction of a Prediction Model for MACCE in Elderly Patients After Elective Non-cardiac Surgery

Start date: March 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications, including cardiac death, non-fatal angina/myocardial infarction, non-fatal heart failure, stroke, severe arrhythmia, etc., are one of the main types of postoperative complications in elderly patients, and are also the main causes of perioperative death in elderly patients. With the aging population and the large proportion of elderly patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery, it is increasingly important to establish a prediction model for postoperative severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in elderly patients undergoing noncardiac surgery.

NCT ID: NCT06391502 Recruiting - Ischemic Stroke Clinical Trials

Vivifrail Program on the Degree of Debilitation in Hospitalized Patients After Venous Hemolysis in Acute Ischemic Stroke

Start date: August 1, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Physical exercise is an effective strategy to maintain functional ability and improve debilitating symptoms in the elderly. In addition to functional enhancement, exercise is considered a cornerstone for enhancing cognitive function in debilitated older adults with cognitive impairment and dementia. The investigators evaluated the effect of the Vivifrail exercise intervention on the degree of debilitation in elderly hospitalized patients after venous hemolysis in acute ischemic stroke

NCT ID: NCT06391320 Recruiting - Obesity Clinical Trials
