There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Vitiligo is a common acquired depigmentation skin and mucosal disease in dermatology, with or without white hair. Vitiligo with white hair is difficult to treat. Phototherapy and topical therapy are the first line treatment methods for vitiligo. The peripheral leukoplakia irradiation of phototherapy covers the central area of the leukoplakia and performs phototherapy on the edge of the leukoplakia and surrounding normal skin. This study aims to compare the efficacy and safety of peripheral leukoplakia ultraviolet family phototherapy and leukoplakia family combination in the treatment of vitiligo.
This study aims to compare the accuracy of evaluating diabetic retinopathy using ultra-widefield fundus images versus two-field fundus images. The hypothesis is that screening and grading diabetic retinopathy based on ultra-widefield fundus images may yield higher accuracy compared to the use of two-field fundus images.
This trial is conducted in China. The aim of the trial is to investigate safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of RAY1225
Painless endoscopy is a popular endoscopic diagnosis and treatment method at present, and propofol combined with fentanyl general intravenous anesthesia has been widely used in painless endoscopic diagnosis and treatment. However, the combined application of the two has an obvious respiratory center inhibition effect, leading to the decrease of blood oxygen saturation in patients, especially obese patients, more prone to blood oxygen plunge, even threatening life.Due to the potential risk of upper airway obstruction in some obese patients, intraoperative hypoventilation may occur during painless colonoscopy due to the influence of sedative and analgesic drugs, thus causing hypoxia in patients. In addition, the anatomical and pathological changes of obese patients themselves make hypoxia tolerance poor and airway establishment difficult, which may endanger the safety of patients.Currently, supracloglottic ventilation devices that have little impact on patients and are easy to accept are often used clinically to complete short daytime operations. The most common is the application of oropharyngeal ventilation to solve upper airway obstruction , however, oropharyngeal ventilation is inconvenient to use in gastroenteroscopy and treatment, while nasopharyngeal ventilation is suitable. However, based on the experience of observers,Although the nasopharyngeal airway can play a good role in the unobtrusived airway, the incidence of nasopharyngeal hemorrhage is high, and the comfort of patients is poor. Therefore, the researchers considered to directly insert the nasopharyngeal airway into the pharyngeal cavity next to the oral pad through the mouth, so as to achieve the effect of unobtrusived airway and increase the local oxygen concentration, and the idea of this experiment came from this.
Malignant tumors are a significant health threat with high incidence and mortality rates, and molecular imaging is crucial for early diagnosis, staging, prognosis evaluation, and therapeutic efficacy assessment. 18F-FDG PET imaging is widely used, but has limitations. Integrin αvβ6 is a promising target for tumor-targeted imaging, as it is only expressed in cancerous or reconstructed epithelial cells. A new PET probe, 68Ga-Trivehexin, targeting integrin αvβ6 has been developed with better affinity and selectivity than previous probes. Clinical data supports its safety and metabolic stability, and future research will explore its diagnostic and staging value in different types of tumors and compare it to 18F-FDG, providing a new and precise evaluation method for malignant tumors.
A Study to evaluate the PK, PD, efficacy, and safety of Anifrolumab in children with moderate to severe active SLE
The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of cryoablation combined with Sintilimab plus lenvatinib as first-line treatment in patients with advanced ICC.
With the decline of virulence after the mutation of the SARS-CoV-2 , based on the national life and health and national development needs, the domestic SARS-CoV-2 infection epidemic prevention policy has changed, and the number of people infected by the SARS-CoV-2 has increased. Nutritional status is an indicator of human health and plays an important role in fighting disease. Malnutrition has been found to correlate with prognosis in patients infected with the SARS-CoV-2 infection . Timely identification and assessment of the patient's nutritional status and early implementation of relevant nutritional intervention are conducive to the recovery of the patient's condition. In clinical practice, it is necessary to improve nutrition as an aspect of the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection, but there is still a lack of relevant nutritional indicators or models to simply and accurately assess the nutritional status of patients. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of PNI, NRI, GNRI, albumin level, vitamin D, chest muscle area and density on the clinical characteristics and prognosis of patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection, to find the nutritional predictors of severe disease in patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection, and to establish a simpler and more accurate nutritional evaluation model. To provide evidence for targeted nutritional interventions in patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection.
This is a 26-week randomized, open-label, multicenter, active-controlled parallel group trial. The purpose of this study is to compare efficacy and safety of THDB0206 injection with insulin lispro injection combined with insulin glargine injection U-100 in Chinese participants with T2DM.
ExteNET study explored neratinib prolong anti-HER2 therapy after trastuzumab therapy found that it can improve disease-free survival in patients with lymph nodes positive; In addition, the subgroup of patients with residual tumors after neoadjuvant therapy was found to improve the survival. However, no conclusive conclusions were reached. However, since the study was carried out early so only trastuzumab treatment was used, it is urgent to carry out research that is more in line with current clinical practice and bring more benefits to patients. To explore whether pyrotinib can further reduce the risk of recurrence from previously diagnosed HER2-positive breast cancer after treatment with trastuzumab and pertuzumab or T-DM1.
