There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The aim of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of endovascular treatment versus medical management in patients with acute basilar artery occlusion with extended time window of 24-72 hours from onset.
The goal of this prospective, multicenter, observational, cohort trail is to explore the pattern of brain temperature-brain pressure association in acute brain injury and to clarify its predictive value for prognosis and neurological function 30 days after acute brain injury.
CB06-036 is an investigational drug developed by Shanghai Zhimeng Biopharma Inc. for the treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B.
This is a single-center, open-label clinical study of anti-HER2-CAR-T cells for HER2+ patients with locally advanced and/or metastatic solid tumors. In this study, a single-dose regimen was designed, and the investigator had the discretion to decide whether the patient received more than once CAR T-cell therapy. This study intends to include HER2+ patients with locally advanced and/or metastatic solid tumors. They will take the anti-HER2-CAR-T cell transfusion after a screening period, mononuclear cell (PBMC) collection, bridging therapy if necessary, and lymphocyte clearance pretreatment period.
This clinical study adopted a single-arm, open, single-centertrial design. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety and tolerability, PK characteristics, shedding and immune response characteristics of BCG for therapeutic use developed by Anhui Zhifei Longcom Biologic Pharmacy Co., Ltd. in patients aged 18 and over after transethral resection of non-muscular invasive bladder cancer.
This study aims to retrospectively and prospectively collect clinical and biological specimen data from patients with cardiac tumors who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Various techniques, including general molecular biology analysis and multi-omics analysis, will be used to construct a prognostic model for cardiac tumors.
The patients with depression were observed and followed up to evaluate the changes of symptoms and cognitive function in patients with depression at different time points before and after drug treatment. At the same time, immunometabolism indicators in serum, urine and stool were detected to screen out immunoinflammatory markers related to cognitive function and treatment response in patients with depression, hoping to provide a new strategy for optimal treatment of depression.
Elderly critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU) are at risk of delirium, which is primarily characterized by acute consciousness impairment and perceptual, cognitive, and memory impairment, resulting in excess death, care expenditures, and acquired dementia, depression and anxiety, which severely affect the prognosis of critically ill patients. However, there are currently no effective pharmacological strategies for preventing delirium. Inhalation aromatherapy has been proven to benefits the sleep disorder, anxiety or depression and lavender oil is one of the most used essential oils. Therefore, we hypothesized that the use of lavender would reduce the incidence rate of delirium in ICU patients.
The study is a real-world observational clinical study. Patients diagnosed as colorectal cancer through histopathology were screened and enrolled. Before anti-tumor treatment, colonoscopy biopsy tissue specimens, surgical specimens, and malignant pleural effusion or ascites specimens, etc. are collected. The investigators will perform a drug sensitivity testing based on a novel drug susceptibility testing method to test the commonly used anti-tumor treatment regimens. Patients were given conventional anti-tumor treatment according to the medical judgment of the doctors. Finally, the investigator will evaluate the consistency of clinical efficacy in colorectal cancer treatment and drug susceptibility outcomes.
The study is a real-world observational clinical study. Patients diagnosed as gastric cancer through histopathology were screened and enrolled. Before anti-tumor treatment, gastroscopy biopsy tissue specimens, surgical specimens, and malignant pleural effusion or ascites specimens, etc. are collected. The investigators will perform a drug sensitivity testing based on a novel drug susceptibility testing method to test the commonly used anti-tumor treatment regimens. Patients were given conventional anti-tumor treatment according to the medical judgment of the doctors. Finally, the investigator will evaluate the consistency of clinical efficacy in gastric cancer treatment and drug susceptibility outcomes.
