There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of adebrelimab plus cetuximab and chemotherapy for patients with RAS/BRAF wild-type unresectable liver metastases colorectal cancer.
This study will be conducted in the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University. Sixty colorectal cancer(CRC) patients are randomized into traditional ventilation strategy group (control group) and lung protective ventilation strategy group (experimental group), there were 30 cases in each group. The control group adopted conventional ventilation strategy; the experimental group used lung protective ventilation strategy. 4ml of central venous blood was extracted at 3 time points within 24h, and relevant experimental indexes were determined. Observe the effect of lung protective ventilation strategy on the microenvironment of tumor inflammation and related hematological indexes in patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery. Follow-up frailty score and quality of recovery score at 1,3,6, and 12 months after surgery (QoR-15 score scale).
This study is a single-arm, multiple-dose, dose-escalation, open-label multicenter clinical trial, aiming to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of VUM02 Injection for treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). VUM02 Injection (Human Umbilical Cord Tissue-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells Injection, hUCT-MSC) is an allogeneic cell therapy product comprising culture-expanded Mesenchymal Stem Cells derived from the human umbilical cord tissue. The product is cryopreserved with the amount of 5 x 10^7 cells per 10 mL per bag (5 x 10^6 cells/mL). This study is a multiple-dose tolerability study following the "3+3" dose escalation principle and progressing from the low-dose group to the high-dose group sequentially. Three to six patients will be enrolled in each dose group and administered every 3 days for a total of 3 doses.
This study was divided into three parts: single and multiple dosing and food effect study, which were designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability of TQH3906 capsules administered in single or multiple dose escalation in healthy adult subjects.
Cardiac output (CO) monitoring is of primary importance in high-risk surgery and critically ill patients. Intermittent thermodilution (ThD) by means of a pulmonary artery catheter (PAC) was invasiveness, the occurrence of complications, and inability to estimate CO on a beat-by-beat basis may explain the reduction in routine use. Echocardiography is now widely used. However, a poor acoustic window, inaccurate diameter calculations, and difficulty maintaining the angle of insonation and blood flow within the recommended values may lead to inaccuracy in CO estimation.Pulse contour methods (PCMs) are commonly used as they seem to fulfill most of the characteristics of an "ideal" hemodynamic monitoring system. Mostcare can continuously and real-time monitor important circulatory indicators such as cardiac output, peripheral vascular resistance index (SVRI), cardiovascular impedance (Ztot), cardiac cycle efficiency (CCE), and maximum pressure gradient (dp/dt MAX). It may help identify the causes of difficulty in weaning patients from ventilators after cardiac surgery.
Explore the impact of the first-line application of Pembrolizumab with or without Lenvatinib or chemotherapy, on the survival, disease progression, and drug safety of patients with advanced biliary tract cancers
This trial will randomize patients into two groups, the treatment group will use the digital therapeutic application named 'UHealth' for the whole process management and the control group will use regular follow-up. The trial aims to look into the difference between quality of life, anxiety/depression index, emergency treatment times, hospital admission rate, treatment compliance, OS, DFS and follow-up cost.
The goal of this observational study is to learn about the biomarkers and mechanisms of severe acute pancreatitis in 30 healthy controls, 30 patients of mild acute pancreatitis, 30 patients of moderately severe acute pancreatitis, and 86 patients of severe acute pancreatitis. The main question it aims to answer are: • The relationship between changes in gut microbiota and clinical prognosis (plasma inflammatory cytokines, incidence and duration of infection in various parts, mortality rate), and the screening and validation of biomarkers that can be used for early prediction of disease severity. • Analyze the relationship between changes in blood composition and clinical prognosis (plasma inflammatory cytokines, incidence and duration of infection in various parts, mortality rate), screen and verify biomarkers that can be used for early prediction of disease severity. Blood and fecal samples from the healthy control group and diagnosed patients will be collected.
The goal of this observational retrospective study is to evaluate artificial intelligences (AI)'s proficiency in identifying and annotating brain bleeds in computed tomography (CT) images. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Whether AIs at present are capable of analyzing and recognizing cerebral traumas in CT images? - If they are, how competent are they and how can humans take advantages of that? CT images were selected during the normal diagnosis and treatment process of patients, and no one needed to undergo any additional procedures connected to the study.
The goal of this retrospective control study is to learn about the effects of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) intervention in military medical students' resilience, post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms (PTSD) and posttruamatic growth (PTG) etc. The main questions are aims to answer: 1. Would MBSR intervention improve psychological resilience, mindful attention awareness, satisfaction with life, and post-traumatic growth in military medical students? 2. Would MBSR intervention reduce anxiety, depression, and PTSD symptoms in military medical students? 3. Would the effects of MBSR intervention persist for at least one month in military medical students? Participants in the intervention group will complete 8-week of MBSR training while those in the control group will not. Researchers will compare resilience, mindful attention awareness, satisfaction with life, and post-traumatic growth, etc. between the two groups.
