NCT ID: NCT06091436 Recruiting - Infertility Clinical Trials

To Investigate Efficacy and Safety of a Single Injection of GenSci094 for Ovarian Stimulation Using Daily Recombinant FSH as Reference

ANGAS
Start date: March 24, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

To investigate the efficacy and safety of a single injection of GenSci094 to induce multi-follicular development for controlled ovarian stimulation using daily recombinant FSH (recFSH) as a reference. The primary hypothesis is that a single injection of GenSci094 is non-inferior to daily treatment with recFSH in initiating multi-follicular growth.

NCT ID: NCT06091423 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Gastric Cancer/Gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma

XELOX Combined With Fruquintinib and Sintilimab Regimen Conversion Therapy for Gastric Cancer/Gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma Only With Liver and/or Retroperitoneal Lymph Node Metastasis, a Prospective Single-arm, Multicenter Study

Start date: October 25, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Gastric cancer is the third leading cause of morbidity and mortality among malignant tumors in China, and less than 30% of patients can be cured by surgery. Liver metastasis, retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis and peritoneal metastasis are the most common metastatic sites of gastric cancer, which are also the important causes of death. Improve the conversion of oligonucleotides transfer patients resection rate, prolonged progression-free survival of these patients, is an important direction to improve survival of patients with advanced gastric cancer; This study was a prospective, single-arm, multi-center clinical study. We plan to treat patients with gastric cancer/gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma with liver and/or retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis only with XELOX regimen + fruquinitinib + sintilimab for 4-6 cycles before surgery/ablation conversion therapy to achieve tumor-free status as far as possible. To explore the value of conversion therapy in patients with intrahepatic oligometastasis of gastric cancer.

PK/Efficacy Bridging Study of ASTX727 in Chinese Subjects With Myelodysplastic Syndromes

Start date: October 16, 2023
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an Open-Label, Crossover, Pharmacokinetic and Efficacy Bridging Study of Oral ASTX727 versus IV Decitabine in Chinese Subjects with Myelodysplastic Syndromes

NCT ID: NCT06091124 Recruiting - Bladder Cancer Clinical Trials

Neoadjuvant Adebrelimab Plus Etoposide and Cisplatin in Neuroendocrine Bladder Carcinoma

RJBLC-NEBC001
Start date: November 16, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant adebrelimab plus etoposide and cisplatin in patients with neuroendocrine bladder carcinoma. The main questions it aims to answer are: - The pathologic complete response rate at radical cystectomy - Safety and tolerability of combination therapy Participants will be treated with a combination therapy of adebrelimab, etoposide, and cisplatin before radical cystectomy, with a maximum of 4 cycles.

NCT ID: NCT06090825 Recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

Cross-sectional Survey on Palliative Therapy for Pancreatic Cancer Patient

Start date: September 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

It is a real-world observational cross-sectional follow-up study on clinical palliative care for pancreatic cancer patients in China. It is evaluated by an online questionnaire sent to the doctors from the General Surgery Department in more than 100 public tertiary teaching hospitals and about 350 public primary care units in the Chinese mainland.

NCT ID: NCT06090799 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Prevention of Graft Rejection After Organ Transplantation

Start date: November 29, 2023
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a single-center, double-blind, dose-escalation study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of SHR-3032 in healthy adults.

NCT ID: NCT06090682 Recruiting - Parkinson Disease Clinical Trials

Effect and Mechanism of Brain Stimulation for Parkinson's Disease With Cognitive Impairment

Start date: November 1, 2023
Phase:

This study intends to apply structural and functional brain network neuroimaging techniques combined with image post-processing methods to explore the differences in brain network changes in PD patients with cognitive impairment after DBS or TMS.

NCT ID: NCT06090656 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Bevacizumab in Combination With Sintilimab Versus Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization for the Treatment of Intermediate Stage Hepatocellular Carcinoma (Beyond Up-To-Seven Criteria)

BEST
Start date: October 24, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) is recommended as the standard of care for patients with intermediate-stage hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) (i.e., BCLC stage B). However, these patients is heterogeneous in terms of liver functional, tumor size and tumor number, and not all patients with mid-stage HCC will benefit from TACE. The ORIENT-32 trial confirmed the efficacy of sintilimab in combination with bevacizumab for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma. No study has yet explored whether this regimen is appropriate for patients with BCLC stage B. The purpose of this study is to explore whether bevacizumab in combination with sintilimab is superior to conventional TACE therapy in patients with HCC with beyond-Up-to-seven criteria.
