There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is an open-label, multicentre Phase Ib study to evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of new generation Bruton Tyrosine Kinase inhibitor Rocbrutinib in combination to R-CHOP (Rituximab, Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristin, Prednison) in adult patients with newly diagnosed, previously untreated B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma [Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), Marginal Zone Lymphoma (MZL) or Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL)].
The vast majority of liver cancers have an insidious onset and are often asymptomatic in the early stages, making early diagnosis difficult. Once diagnosed, most liver cancers have reached locally advanced stages or distant metastases, equivalent to Barcelona stage (BCLC) C-D. The tumors progress rapidly and there is a lack of effective treatments. The survival period of cancer patients is generally only 3-6 months. Cellular immunotherapy, including CAR-T and TCR-T, is considered a new hope for the treatment of cancer. The purpose of this study is to explore the safety of QY-1-T (a TCR-T targeting HBV) in the treatment of HBV-related liver cancer, and to preliminarily evaluate the efficacy of QY-1-T in patients with HBV-related advanced liver cancer.
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of lithium-containing mouthwash for prevention and treatment of oral mucositis and dysgeusia in patients undergoing radiotherapy for malignant head and neck tumors.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of chemotherapy plus radiotherapy to patients with CA19-9-elevated Advanced Pancreatic Cancer who are not refractory to chemotherapy.
In this study, newly diagnosed non-elderly patients with Philadelphia chromosomal negative (PH-) B-ALL were enrolled and 1:1 randomised into Reduced-intensity chemotherapy followed by Blinatumomab cohort or hyperCVAD cohort as induction therapy. The clinical remission rate, MRD negative rate and treaty-related adverse reactions were evaluated.
To assess the efficacy and safety of virtual reality-based visual training (VRVT) in myopia control among children.
The purpose of this study is to access the safety and efficacy of neoadjuvant Immunotherapy (Sintilimab, PD-1 inhibitor) combined with chemotherapy (S-1+Oxaliplatin) and radiotherapy for locally advanced esophagogastric junction adenocarcinoma.
Through a cross-sectional descriptive analysis of ophthalmic consultation of AIDS patients in the past 3 years, the basic characteristics of patients were described according to whether there was fundus change, and the clinical characteristics and risk factors of CMVR patients with or without RD were compared.
This study explores the impact of long-term benzodiazepine (BZDs) use on cognitive function and associated neuroimaging markers. While BZDs are established treatments for conditions like anxiety and insomnia, recent warnings highlight risks, including neurocognitive effects. Neuroimaging studies indicate potential neuroprotective effects of BZDs. Functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) measures cerebral cortex function during cognitive tasks. Combining fNIRS with mood and cognitive scales, this study assesses cortical activation. 2-deoxy-2-fluoro-D-glucose-positron emission tomography (FDG-PET) evaluates brain metabolism. DPA-714 PET assesses neuroinflammation. The primary objective is to compare brain functional activation, metabolism, and neuroinflammatory levels between long-term BZD users and non-users. This comprehensive approach aims to provide insights into BZD effects on cognition and associated brain markers.
Our aim is to compare early versus late pancreatic stent placement in preventing PEP among patients with naive papilla. The EVL trial will provide essential answers regarding the optimal timing of prophylactic pancreatic stent placement in PEP prevention. All patients with difficult biliary cannulation undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) with pancreatic guidewire-assisted technique for biliary access will be told about the opportunity to participate in EVL research. In total, 768 patients will be randomly assigned (1:1) to two arms: (1) early pancreatic stent placement (EPSP) (a pancreatic stent will be placed immediately after endoscopic retrograde cholangiography (ERC) or endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST)) and (2) late pancreatic stent placement (LPSP) (a pancreatic stent will be placed after all completion of therapeutic biliary procedures, e.g. biliary stone removal or drainage). The primary outcome is the rate and severity of PEP. The secondary outcomes are hyperamylasemia, the rate of stenting success, and other ERCP-related adverse events (AEs).
