NCT ID: NCT06218901 Recruiting - Lung Neoplasms Clinical Trials

Association of Psychological Distress in Patients With Lung Cancer

Life-Score
Start date: January 1, 2016
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

Psychological distress is a multi-factorial experience of a psychological, social, spiritual, and/or physical nature that may interfere with one's ability to cope effectively with cancer, physical symptoms and treatment. Psychological distress is common and affects the efficacy and prognosis of patients with lung cancer. The systematic anti-tumor therapy may effectively relieve psychological distress including anxiety, depression, and fatigue in patients with advanced lung cancer, the relief of the psychological distress can in turn improve the therapeutic effect. In summary, this study is to explore the associations of (dynamic) psychological stress with the efficacy and survival of anti-tumor therapy including immunotherapy and targeted therapy for advanced lung cancer patients.

NCT ID: NCT06218810 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Cadonilimab in Combination With Bevacizumab and FOLFOX Regimen for the First-Line Treatment of Advanced Unresectable MSS-Type, RAS-Mutated Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Start date: January 1, 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The dual immunotherapy regimen significantly outperformed previous chemotherapy or immunomonotherapy for MSS type advanced CRC in two key efficacy indicators, ORR and PFS. Researchers have also conducted in-depth analysis of patient transcriptomics, immune microenvironment characteristics, and other related information, which is expected to guide more accurate immune combination therapy for CRC in the future. Our team plans to conduct a multicenter, prospective, single arm clinical trial in patients with RAS mutant MSS unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer, with a focus on observing the 1-year progression free survival rate of the combination of two chemotherapy drugs, bevacizumab and Cadonilimab, as well as ORR, perioperative safety, and long-term survival.

Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Microneedling and autologous concentrated growth factor (CGF) have established their potential effect in inducing hair regrowth. No study has compared the effect of microneedling and CGF in the treatment of female androgenetic alopecia (AGA).

NCT ID: NCT06218043 Recruiting - Nutrition, Healthy Clinical Trials

An Iodine Balance Study to Investigate the Recommended Iodine Intake in an Elderly Population

Start date: April 1, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Current Chinese dietary iodine reference intake (DRIs) standards lack direct data on recommended iodine intake (RNI) in the elderly. The elderly have a high prevalence of thyroid diseases. The risk threshold of iodine intake in the elderly is unknown. Identifying the appropriate iodine intake for the elderly to maintain optimal thyroid function to reduce the burden on medical resources is a public health issue requiring high attention. The iodine balance study is an important method for exploring physiological iodine requirements. Few iodine balance studies have been conducted in the elderly. This study aimed to conduct an iodine balance study and provide information on the appropriate iodine intake level for elderly people.
