There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
In this study, we monitored patients with advanced malignant tumors who received anti-PD-1 therapy to observe the characteristic of anti-PD-1 therapy-induced thyroid dysfunction and its correlation with prognosis.
To quantitatively analyze the total radioactivity in the excreta of healthy male subjects after oral administration of [14C] SPH3127, and determine the cumulative excretion rate and main excretion routes of radioactive substances; to investigate the partition in whole blood and plasma and the pharmacokinetics of total radioactivity in plasma after a single oral administration of [14C]SPH3127 in healthy male subjects; to identify the main metabolites in healthy male subjects after an oral administration of [14C] SPH3127, determine the main biotransformation pathways and main metabolites, quantitatively analyze the concentration of SPH3127 and main metabolites in plasma by validated LC-MS/MS method, and establish the pharmacokinetic parameters of SPH3127 and its main metabolites in plasma.
The objective of the study is to assess the effect of food on the pharmacokinetics, and safety of SHR2554 Tablets in healthy subjects.
Researchers designed this study to compare the value of the conventional circular region-of-interest (ROI) and whole-liver histogram-based analysis on gadoxetic acid disodium (Gd-EOB-DTPA)-enhanced T1 map for predicting postoperative liver failure (PHLF). Researchers collected and analyzed the data of patients who underwent partial hepatectomy for focal liver lesions. Researchers drew circular ROIs on Gd-EOB-DTPA-enhanced T1 maps to get the mean T1 values. Researchers used a multiparametric analysis software to get histogram parameters. Then researchers compared the differences of these parameters between the PHLF group and non-PHLF group.
The aim of our study was to compare the difference of fatty infiltration in liver and muscle using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) between overweight as well as obese polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) cases and body mass index (BMI)-matched women without PCOS, identifying the possible influence factors.
The goal of this clinical trial is to investigate the efficacy of oral steroids in the acute tinnitus population. Participants will receive appropriate dosages of short-term prednisone and/or oral Ginkgo Biloba tablets.
This study aimed to clarify the relationship between blood glucose control and the FAI based pericoronary inflammation in low-risk ACS patients with or without diabetes. The results of this study are expected to provide evidence that quantitative assessment of pericoronary FAI helps monitor the local inflammatory activation in diabetic patients with poor glycemic control, therefore, pericoronary FAI evaluation, as a noninvasive imaging biomarker, plays an important role in early detecting coronary atherosclerosis risk in diabetes and allow timely providing appropriate risk reduction strategies in patients at high risk for future cardiovascular events.
Recurrence of Pancreatic Cancer(PCa) is a multifactorial event. Based on the clinicopathological characteristics and imaging data of patients with PCa, the investigators used image processing and machine learning algorithms to build a more comprehensive and robust model, and added some unused features to explore its clinical application value. A retrospective analysis of patients with PCa who underwent radical resection at Zhejiang Cancer Hospital (Hangzhou, China) from January 2013 to December 2020. The database was extracted from the preoperative demographics, blood markers, and surgical pathology information of patients undergoing radical PCa surgery in the investigators' hospital. The investigators used the PyRadiomics platform to extract image features.
The goal of this randomised controlled trial is to evaluate the efficacy of an integrated intervention program on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms and related physiological and psychological indicators of people living with HIV (PLWH). The main question it aims to answer are: - to evaluate the efficacy of the intervention program on PTSD symptoms and related physiological and psychological indicators of PLWH through empirical research. - to analyze the mechanism of the intervention. Eligible PLWH were recruited and randomly divided as intervention group and control group. The efficacy of Trauma Resiliency Mindfulness-Informed Intervention on PTSD symptoms and related physiological and psychological indicators in PLWH was evaluated at baseline, after intervention, and 3 months after intervention through this randomized controlled trial. Researchers compared the intervention group and control group to see if it was feasible and had potential clinical value to introduce the Trauma Resiliency Mindfulness-Informed intervention program into the management of PLWH in China.
To evaluate the safety and tolerability of multiple doses of YK-1169 in healthy subjects, the pharmacokinetic characteristics of multiple doses in healthy subjects, and the drug interaction between cefepime and avibactam.
