NCT ID: NCT04631835 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Phase I Study of the HS-10352 in Patients With Advanced Breast Cancer

Start date: September 8, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

HS-10352 is a highly potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of phosphoinositide 3-kinase (p110α). In preclinical studies, it demonstrated strong activity against PI3K p110α in vitro and in vivo, and inhibited tumor cell growth. The first-in-human trial is conducted to assess the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and dose limiting toxicity (DLT), to evaluate the pharmacokinetics, safety and preliminary anti-tumor activity of HS-10352 at single dose and multiple doses.

NCT ID: NCT04631770 Recruiting - Lung Neoplasms Clinical Trials

Mediastinal Lymph Node Dissection Versus Spared Mediastinal Lymph Node Dissection in Stage I GGN NSCLC

Start date: May 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer related death worldwide. Lobectomy or sub-lobectomy with mediastinal lymph node dissection is the standard surgery. About 50% lung nodules are pure ground-glass or part-solid nodules. Non-solid nodules rarely develop mediastinal lymph node metastasis. The present study is a prospective, multicenter and randomized clinical trial, comparing the overall survival and disease-free survival of whether performing mediastinal lymph node dissection in non-small cell lung cancer with ground-glass nodule CT features.

NCT ID: NCT04631549 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Healthy Participants

An Investigational Study of SHR3680 in Participants With Mild to Moderate Liver Impairment and Healthy Participants

Start date: February 3, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to investigate SHR3680 in participants with different levels of liver function

NCT ID: NCT04630808 Recruiting - Ocular Hypertension Clinical Trials

MRCT Evaluating NCX 470 vs. Latanoprost in Subjects With Open-Angle Glaucoma or Ocular Hypertension

Denali
Start date: November 9, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The objective of this clinical study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of NCX 470 Ophthalmic Solution in lowering intraocular pressure (IOP) in subjecs with ocular hypertension or open-angle glaucoma. Subjects will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to NCX 470 0.1% or to latanoprost 0.005% to be administered to both eyes once daily in the evening for up to 12 months.

NCT ID: NCT04629872 Recruiting - Stroke Inflammation Clinical Trials

Fingolimod in Endovascular Treatment of Ischemic Stroke

Start date: November 12, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Proof-of concept clinical trials have indicated that the sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor modulator fingolimod may be efficacious in attenuating brain inflammation and improving clinical outcomes in patients with acute ischemic stroke as a single therapy beyond 4.5 hours of disease onset, or in combination with alteplase within 4.5 hours of disease onset. This study aim to determine whether fingolimod enhance the action of endovascular treatment for acute ischemic stroke

NCT ID: NCT04629326 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Gastrointestinal Tumors

PD-L1 Targeting Molecular Imaging of Solid Tumors

Start date: July 20, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The objective of the study is to constrcut a noninvasive approach WL12 PET/CT to detect the PD-L1 expression of tumor lesions in patients with gastrointestinal tumors and to identify patients benefiting from anti-PD-1/L1 treatment.

NCT ID: NCT04628182 Recruiting - Colon Cancer Clinical Trials

The China Laparoscopic Right Hemicolectomy SNAPSHOT

Start date: September 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The main objective is to explore the current practice of right hemicolectomy for colon cancer located in the ascending colon and hepatic flexure in selected Chinese high quality and high volume centres. This study will identify a potential area to improve the level of standard care and serve as a reference cohort to which planned standardization and addition of innovative aspects can be compared to

NCT ID: NCT04627870 Recruiting - Stroke Clinical Trials

ACOART Intracranial ISR Pilot:Intracranial DCB in the Treatment of Intracranial In-stent Restenosis

Start date: May 26, 2021
