There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This study is a clinical study of CD276 CAR-T in the treatment of patients with advanced solid tumors. The purpose is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of targeting CD276 auto-chimeric antigen receptor T cells in the treatment of CD276-positive advanced solid tumors.
The goal of this clinical research study is to compare the long-term outcomes and safety of Querleu-Morrow-B(QM-B) and Querleu-Morrow-C(QM-C) hysterectomy for early cervical cancer. In this study, the surgical approach for QM-B and QM-C hysterectomy will be abdominal.
The combination of immunocheckpoint inhibitors and anti-angiogenesis therapy has synergistic anti-tumor effect and is a reasonable method to improve the prognosis of patients. Therefore, in this study, it is hoped that antinib hydrochloride combined with Sinidilizumab can overcome immunotherapy resistance, improve the efficacy of immunotherapy, and further improve the survival of patients, so as to provide more clinical evidence for the treatment of advanced NSCLC patients with negative driver gene after first-line treatment with anti-PD-1 antibody.
This study is a clinical study of CAR-T treatment of patients with relapsed/refractory malignant tumors in children. The purpose is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of chimeric antigen receptor T cells in the treatment of relapsed/refractory malignant tumors in children.
At present, cerebral vasospasm (cVS) is the main cause of delayed cerebral infarction (DCI), which leads to high disability and mortality rate after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. As a consequence, the key of reducing DCI is to prevent cVS. But unfortunately, despite years of efforts, the prevention and treatment of cVS is still a major clinical dilemma and various ways of treatment are still being explored. Recent studies have shown that stellate ganglion block (SGB) can dilate cerebral vessels and alleviate the impact of existing cVS. However, there is no study to evaluate the effect of early application of SGB on the improvement and prevention of cVS after aSAH.
Purpose: 1. To determine the efficacy of low-dose esketamine in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy. 2. To determine the safety of low-dose esketamine in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy. 3. To provide a theoretical basis and new ideas for the application of esketamine as a new drug in perioperative period.
The investigator aims to prospectively enroll patients who were referred for coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) for the assessment of stable chest pain (SCP) suspected of obstructive coronary artery disease (CAD). All patients underwent CCTA according to established guidelines and local institutional protocols. The imaging data were evaluated using different image post-processing software to comprehensively analyse anatomical, functional and histological information of coronary. This study will determine if CCTA-based imaging evaluation can provide more informaton to improve clinical management for SCP, including fewer MACE and better decision-making of downstream investigations and therapeutic interventions.
Recruit patients with essential hypertension and randomly divide them into three groups. For 24 months, observe the patient's blood pressure level and blood pressure compliance rate,Risk assessment, etc.
The prevalence of chronic disease is increasing rapidly in China. Medical nutritional therapy (MNT) is essential for the prevention and control of chronic diseases. For example, dietary fiber plays an important role in chronic disease management. Evidence suggests that increasing fiber intake can decrease the risk of chronic diseases, such as overweight/obesity, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, GI diseases, etc. However, according to the nation-wide survey, the dietary fiber intake of Chinese people shows a downward trend in recent years, and the relationship between dietary fiber and metabolism of chronic patients is still controversial. So, this study aims to explore the effects of dietary fiber on metabolism, inflammatory factors and nutritional status among patients with chronic diseases, so as to provide reference for proper nutrition intervention towards chronic disease.
This is an open-label whole-body PET/CT study for investigating the value of 68Ga-DOTA-TATE and 68Ga-DOTA-JR11 PET/CT in patients with Tumor-induced osteomalacia.
