SKYSCRAPER-02
Start date: February 4, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Micra AV PAS
Start date: February 8, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

Medtronic is sponsoring the Micra AV Registry using the Micra AV system for continued surveillance of chronic atrioventricular synchronous pacing as intended, through the collection of data based on routine clinical care practice, following commercial release. The Micra AV Registry is conducted within Medtronic's Product Surveillance Registry (PSR) platform.

NCT ID: NCT04251533 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Triple Negative Breast Neoplasms

Study Assessing the Efficacy and Safety of Alpelisib + Nab-paclitaxel in Subjects With Advanced TNBC Who Carry Either a PIK3CA Mutation or Have PTEN Loss

EPIK-B3
Start date: June 8, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine whether treatment with alpelisib in combination with nab-paclitaxel is safe and effective in subjects with advanced triple negative breast cancer (aTNBC) who carry either a PIK3CA mutation (Study Part A) or have PTEN loss (Study Part B1) or PTEN loss without PIK3CA mutation (Study Part B2)

NCT ID: NCT04245956 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Coronary Artery Disease

Impact of Mitral Regurgitation on Coronary Haemodynamics and Instantaneous Effect of Transcatheter Mitral Valve Repair

MitraFLOW
Start date: January 8, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

In the present study, the investigators aim to use the in-vivo Transcatheter Mitral Valve Repair (TMVR) model to determine how Mitral Regurgitation (MR) affects coronary hemodynamics in patients affected with severe MR and concomittant angiographically-documented coronary artery disease. The investigators will also provide unique physiologic data on the acute effect of TMVR using the MitraClip system on coronary microcirculation in patients with severe MR.

NCT ID: NCT04245085 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for EGFRmutant Stage IIIB/C or IV Non-squamous NSCLC

ABC-lung: Atezolizumab, Bevacizumab and Chemotherapy in EGFR-mutant Non-small Cell Lung Carcinoma

ABC-lung
Start date: September 29, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

ETOP 15-19 ABC-lung is an international, multi-centre open-label, randomized phase II trial with two non-comparative parallel arms of atezolizumab plus bevacizumab with carboplatin-paclitaxel (Arm A) or atezolizumab, bevacizumab and pemetrexed (Arm B) in patients with stage IIIB-IV non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harbouring EGFR mutations after failure of standard EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs).

NCT ID: NCT04241068 Active, not recruiting - Alzheimer's Disease Clinical Trials

A Study to Evaluate Safety and Tolerability of Aducanumab in Participants With Alzheimer's Disease Who Had Previously Participated in the Aducanumab Studies 221AD103, 221AD301, 221AD302 and 221AD205

Start date: March 2, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of aducanumab over 100 weeks of treatment after a wash-out period imposed by discontinuation of feeder studies in participants who had previously received aducanumab (i.e. previously treated participants) or who had previously received placebo (i.e. treatment-naïve participants).

NCT ID: NCT04236609 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Coronary Artery Disease

Randomized Comparison of Abluminus DES+ Sirolimus-Eluting Stents Versus Everolimus-Eluting Stents in Coronary Artery Disease Patients With Diabetes Mellitus Global

ABILITY
Start date: June 15, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

To compare in diabetic patients eligible for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with minimal exclusion criteria, the efficacy and safety of Abluminus DES+ sirolimus- eluting stents (SES) versus XIENCE Everolimus-Eluting Stents (EES). At least 40% of patients are expected to be affected by multivessel coronary artery disease and 30% with acute coronary syndrome

Consultation-Liaison Intervention for Patients With Depression and Anxiety in Primary Care

CoLiPri
Start date: January 13, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The CoLiPri study is a cluster randomized controlled trial funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation to evaluate the clinical and cost effectiveness as well as the implementation of a complex consultation-liaison intervention to help improve symptoms of anxiety and depression of screened patients in primary care. NCT ID: NCT04223778 Active, not recruiting - HIV Infection Clinical Trials

Safety and Efficacy of a Switch to Doravirine/Islatravir in Participants With HIV-1 (MK-8591A-017)

Start date: February 18, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of a switch to MK-8591A (a fixed dose combination of doravirine and islatravir) in human immunodeficiency virus -1 (HIV-1)-infected participants virologically suppressed on a protocol-specified background antiretroviral regimen. The primary hypothesis is that a switch to MK-8591A will be non-inferior to continued treatment with baseline antiretroviral therapy (ART) as assessed by the percentage of participants with HIV-1 ribonucleic acid (RNA) ≥50 copies/mL at Week 48.
