NCT ID: NCT03664492 Completed - Childhood Obesity Clinical Trials

Talking About Weight With Families: An Innovative Educational Strategy

Start date: February 10, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Tools are limited to help health care professionals and parents talk about weight-related issues with their paediatric patients and children, respectively. The investigators have developed two whiteboard videos: 1) to aim to help health care professionals talk about weight-related issues with paediatric patients and their families, and 2) to aim to help parents feel more comfortable talking about weight with their children. This study aims to evaluate the videos using pre and post questionnaires. With the questionnaires, the investigators want to evaluate the content, the quality, the usability of the video and to measure how helpful the video were for health care professionals and parents.

NCT ID: NCT03664024 Completed - Clinical trials for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Biomarkers of Response to Pembrolizumab Combined With Chemotherapy in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (KEYNOTE-782, MK-3475-782)

KEYNOTE-782
Start date: October 30, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Participants with Stage IV nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) without prior systemic treatment will be treated with standard of care pembrolizumab combined with platinum-doublet chemotherapy for 4 cycles, then pembrolizumab plus pemetrexed maintenance for up to 31 additional cycles. The platinum doublet would be pemetrexed plus the investigator's choice of either cisplatin or carboplatin. The primary objective is to evaluate if total baseline tumor mutation burden (TMB) in cell-free circulating tumor deoxyribonucleic acid (ctDNA) is predictive of objective response per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) by the investigator by estimating the level of association.

NCT ID: NCT03663335 Completed - Clinical trials for Kidney Transplant Rejection

Study of Efficacy, Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetic (PK) and Pharmacodynamic (PD) of an Anti-CD40 Monoclonal Antibody, CFZ533, in Kidney Transplant Recipients

CIRRUS I
Start date: November 28, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) of three CFZ533 dose regimens in kidney transplant recipients. This study will allow assessment of the ability of CFZ533 to replace Calcineurin inhibitors (CNIs) in terms of anti-rejection efficacy, while providing better renal function with a better safety and tolerability profile. Results of this study will be used to inform the CFZ533 dose and regimen selection for investigation in later phases of clinical development.

NCT ID: NCT03663257 Completed - Clinical trials for Intracranial Aneurysm

Study to Evaluate Cerebral AneurysmFlow Results in Occlusion

CARO
Start date: October 4, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

AneurysmFlow R1.0 is an approved (i.e. CE labeled, 510k, Health Canada), software tool intended to provide relevant information on the blood flow in a cerebral aneurysm and its parent artery based on angiography. It calculates the Mean Aneurysm Flow Amplitude (MAFA) ratio to measure the volumetric flow rate quotient before and after Flow Diverter Stent (FDS) implantation in the region of interest. The current study is a prospective, single arm, observational, multicenter cohort study to assess the prognostic value of the MAFA ratio for predicting full aneurysm occlusion 12 months after flow diverter placement.

NCT ID: NCT03662659 Completed - Gastric Cancer Clinical Trials

An Investigational Study of Immunotherapy Combinations With Chemotherapy in Patients With Gastric or Gastroesophageal Junction (GEJ) Cancers

Start date: October 16, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy and safety of investigational drug relatlimab plus nivolumab in combination with chemotherapy in participants with unresectable, untreated, locally advanced or metastatic gastric or GEJ cancer.

NCT ID: NCT03661632 Completed - Advanced Cancer Clinical Trials

An Investigational Immunotherapy Study of BMS-986310 Administered Alone and in Combination With Nivolumab in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: September 11, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine if BMS-986310 administered in combination with nivolumab, will demonstrate adequate safety and tolerability, as well as a favorable risk/benefit profile, to support further clinical testing.

NCT ID: NCT03661528 Completed - Clinical trials for Acute Intracranial Hemorrhage

Trial of Andexanet Alfa in ICrH Patients Receiving an Oral FXa Inhibitor

Start date: June 6, 2019
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Randomized, controlled clinical trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of andexanet alfa versus usual care in patients with intracranial hemorrhage anticoagulated with a direct oral FXa anticoagulant

NCT ID: NCT03661385 Completed - Clinical trials for Transposition of Great Vessels

Nitric Oxide During Bypass for Arterial Switch Operation

NASO
Start date: July 11, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This trial will test if adding nitric oxide (NO) gas to the cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) circuit in infants undergoing an arterial switch operation (ASO) for Transposition of the Great Arteries (TGA) changes the incidence of major postoperative adverse events (AEs). Major postoperative AEs include cardiac arrest, emergency chest opening, use of ECMO (machine that acts as an artificial heart and lung during surgery), and death. Participants will be randomised to receive oxygen plus nitric oxide (intervention arm) or oxygen without nitric oxide (control arm) during CPB.

NCT ID: NCT03661333 Completed - Bipolar Disorder Clinical Trials

Dissemination and Implementation Field Trial of Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Adolescents With Bipolar Disorder

Start date: January 31, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The overarching goal of this project is to evaluate the feasibility of implementing dialectical behavior therapy DBT for adolescents with bipolar disorder in an outpatient mental health clinic.
