The objective of this study is to compile real-world outcomes of Boston Scientific commercially approved radiofrequency (RF) ablation systems in the treatment of patients diagnosed with pain and in use for central nervous system (CNS) applications for other disorders.
An international consortium of leading medical experts in the field of chronic respiratory disease, the research team of Galenus Health and the non-profit organization EUFOREA (European Forum for Research and Education in Allergy and Airway diseases) has been conceived to conduct real-life outcome research. The Galenus Health digital platform consisting of a mobile application for patients and an online dashboard for physicians will be implemented in each of the participating centres. The data will be centralized in a pseudonymized database and will be the basis of the Chronic RhinoSinusitis Outcome Registry.
The purpose of the study is to test the efficacy, safety and tolerability of brivaracetam monotherapy in study participants 2 to 25 years of age inclusive with childhood absence epilepsy (CAE) or juvenile absence epilepsy (JAE).
The increase of end-stage osteoarthritis (OA) in an increasingly younger population is directly correlated with the rising incidence of obesity. As a result, knee arthroplasty (KA), which is a definitive end-stage treatment option, is increasingly performed on working age people. Knowledge and understanding of the underlying factors that drive the ability for people to return to work is crucial. First and foremost, the investigators would have like to have a clear idea of the percentage of patients who return to work and at what time postoperatively. The investigators would also determine the different factors influencing employment in the patient population after undergoing a knee arthroplasty and register the evolution in the necessity of pain medication pre-and postoperatively. Ideally, the investigators can include a short questionnaire regarding return to sports to gather valuable information.

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a condition characterized by intrahepatic fat accumulation. It is closely related to insulin resistance. To date, it remains unclear whether NAFLD is common in patients with type 1 diabetes or if NAFLD translates into an increased health burden in this population. Screening for NAFLD is challenging due to the limitations of non-invasive diagnostic tools. Liver biopsy remains the gold standard but is not suited for routine screening or clinical studies. Therefore, there is a great demand for accurate non-invasive screening tools that can not only diagnose but also stage NAFLD. This study aims to generate a large cohort of thoroughly characterized type 1 diabetes patients screened for NAFLD using multiple non-invasive tools including MRI, ultrasound, controlled attenuation parameter, and score panels. We aim to generate a biobank to promote a research collaboration network in the field of non-invasive diagnosis of NAFLD. A secondary endpoint is to investigate the potential correlation between the presence of NAFLD and the occurrence of micro-or macrovascular complications in patients with diabetes.
The purpose of this trial is to measure the safety and effectiveness of epcoritamab (EPKINLY™), either by itself or together with other therapies, when treating subjects with B-cell non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (B-NHL). The aim of the first part of the trial is to identify the most appropriate dose of epcoritamab, and the aim of the second part of the trial is to assess the selected epcoritamab dose in a larger group of participants with B-NHL. All participants in this trial will receive either epcoritamab alone, or epcoritamab combined with another standard treatment regimen, with a total of 10 different treatment arms being studied. Trial details include: - The total trial duration will be up to 6 years. - The treatment duration for each participant depends upon which arm of treatment they are assigned to receive, but will be no more than 3 years. - The visit frequency for each participant depends upon which arm of treatment they are assigned to receive, but will be weekly to start for all participants, then will decrease to either: every 2 weeks, or every 3 weeks, or every 4 weeks, or every 8 weeks. - All participants will receive active drug; no one will be given placebo. Participants who receive treatment with epcoritamab will have it injected right under the skin. Participants will receive a different regimen of epcoritamab depending upon which arm of treatment they are assigned. Participants who receive standard treatments will have IV infusions and/or oral administration of those treatments. Participants will receive a different standard treatment regimen depending upon which arm of treatment they are assigned. Arm 9 (follicular lymphoma (FL)) is still open for enrolment of new patients, while the other arms have closed their recruitment.
