A Mobile Phone Self-Monitoring Tool to Increase Emotional Self-Awareness and Reduce Depression in Young People

The mobiletype program is a mental health assessment and monitoring tool that runs on mobile phones. The program assesses the general mental health of young people in real-time and transmits this data to a website to be reviewed by their general practitioner (GP) in consultation with their patient. The website consists of individualised feedback reports for each participant, and graphical displays of the monitoring data. The primary aims of the current project are to examine: (1) whether the process of self-monitoring via the mobiletype program increases young people's awareness of their mood and reduces depressive symptoms and (2) whether emotional self-awareness mediates the relationship between self-monitoring and depressive symptoms.

Study Evaluating Bosutinib-Exemestane Combination Vs Exemestane Alone in Post Menopausal Women With Breast Cancer

This is a phase 2, open-label, multicenter, 2-arm study of bosutinib administered in combination with exemestane versus exemestane alone. This is a 2-part study consisting of a safety lead-in phase and randomized phase 2 portion. Subjects in part 1 will receive bosutinib and exemestane daily, and will be closely monitored for 28 days. If no safety concerns arise, then future eligible subjects will be randomly assigned to the main phase of the study. They will either receive bosutinib daily combined with daily exemestane, or daily exemestane alone for a specified period of time. Subjects will be followed up for survival after treatment discontinuation.

Randomized Study To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Elixir Medical DESyne Novolimus-Eluting Coronary Stent System with Durable Polymer through the assessment of clinical, angiographic and IVUS endpoints as compared to the concurrently enrolled Medtronic Zotarolimus-Eluting Coronary Stent System in a randomized, single blind study of up to 200 male and female patients. In a Continued Access Registry of up to 100 patients receiving the DESyne Stent clinical-only endpoints will be evaluated. To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Elixir Novolimus-Eluting Coronary Stent System with bioabsorbable polymer as compared to the Medtronic Endeavor Zotarolimus-Eluting Coronary Stent System control through clinical and angiographic endpoints.
