Efficacy and Safety Study of Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy (SBRT) With or Without Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in Adults With Unresected Stage I or II Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) (MK-3475-867/KEYNOTE-867)

Start date: June 25, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) plus pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in the treatment of adult participants with unresected stage I or II (Stage IIB N0, M0) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The primary study hypothesis is SBRT plus pembrolizumab prolongs Event-free Survival (EFS) compared to SBRT plus placebo (normal saline solution).

NCT ID: NCT03916419 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Stage IIIB Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Magnetic Resonance-Guided Hypofractionated Adaptive Radiation Therapy With Concurrent Chemotherapy and Consolidation Durvalumab for Inoperable Stage IIB, IIIA, and Select IIIB and IIIC Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: June 20, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Building upon the clinical experience of the investigators with the magnetic resonance (MR)-guided radiation therapy system and applying principals of hypofractionation toward the current treatment paradigm of concurrent chemoradiation and consolidation immunotherapy for locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), this prospective, single-arm Phase II clinical trial with safety lead-in will test the feasibility and outcomes of this approach.

NCT ID: NCT03915951 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

An Open-label Study of Encorafenib + Binimetinib in Patients With BRAFV600-mutant Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: June 4, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-label, multicenter, non-randomized, Phase 2 study to determine the safety, tolerability and efficacy of encorafenib given in combination with binimetinib in patients with BRAFV600E-mutant metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Patients who are either treatment-naïve, OR who have received 1) first-line treatment with standard platinum-based chemotherapy, OR 2) first-line treatment with an anti-programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1)/programmed cell death protein ligand 1 (PD-L1) inhibitor given alone or in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy will be enrolled.

NCT ID: NCT03909971 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung

A Study of Lorlatinib in ALK Inhibitor-Treated ALK-Positive NSCLC in China

Start date: April 28, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

A Phase 2, multi center, open label, dual cohort study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of lorlatinib (PF 06463922) monotherapy in ALK inhibitor treated locally advanced or metastatic ALK positive non small cell lung cancer patients in China

NCT ID: NCT03909334 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

Study of Osimertinib With and Without Ramucirumab in Locally Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

Start date: July 25, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of osimertinib plus ramucirumab versus osimertinib alone using progression free survival (PFS). Events associated with PFS include: disease progression per RECIST 1.1 and death due to any cause. A total of 150 patients will be enrolled and randomized in a 2:1 fashion (osimertinib plus ramucirumab vs. osimertinib) to the two treatment arms according to the following stratification factors: types of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations and presence of brain metastasis.

NCT ID: NCT03907852 Active, not recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

Phase 1/2 Trial of Gavo-cel (TC-210) in Patients With Advanced Mesothelin-Expressing Cancer

Start date: April 15, 2019
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Gavocabtagene autoleucel (gavo-cel; TC-210) is a novel cell therapy that consists of autologous genetically engineered T cells expressing a single-domain antibody that recognizes human Mesothelin, fused to the CD3-epsilon subunit which, upon expression, is incorporated into the endogenous T cell receptor (TCR) complex. This Phase 1/2 study aims to establish the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and subsequently evaluate the efficacy of gavo-cel, with and without immuno-oncology agents, in patients with advanced mesothelin-expressing cancers, with overall response rate and disease control rate as the primary Phase 2 endpoints.

NCT ID: NCT03906071 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastatic Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Phase 3 Study of Sitravatinib Plus Nivolumab vs Docetaxel in Patients With Advanced Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

SAPPHIRE
Start date: July 15, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study will compare the efficacy of the investigational agent sitravatinib in combination with nivolumab versus docetaxel in patients with advanced non-squamous NSCLC who have previously experienced disease progression on or after platinum-based chemotherapy and checkpoint inhibitor therapy.

NCT ID: NCT03893955 Active, not recruiting - Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study to Determine the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, and Preliminary Efficacy of ABBV-927 With ABBV-368, Budigalimab (ABBV-181) and/or Chemotherapy in Participants With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

Start date: May 21, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

A study evaluating the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics, and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-927 with ABBV-368, Budigalimab (ABBV-181) and/or chemotherapy in participants with selected solid tumors. This study consists of 2 main parts, a dose-escalation phase and a dose-expansion phase. The dose-expansion phase can begin once the recommended phase 2 dose/maximum tolerated dose (RP2D/MTD) is determined in the dose-escalation phase.
