View clinical trials related to Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung.
Filter by:This study will treat patients with advanced NSCLC with EGFR or HER2 mutation who have progressed following prior therapy. This is the first time this drug is tested in patients, and so it will help to understand what type of side effects may occur with the drug treatment. It will also measure the levels of drug in the body and preliminarily assess its anti-cancer activity as monotherapy.
This phase II Lung-MAP non-Match treatment trial studies how well ramucirumab and pembrolizumab work versus standard of care in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that is stage IV or has come back. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as ramucirumab and pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in standard of care chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer, such as docetaxel, gemcitabine hydrochloride, and pemetrexed, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving ramucirumab and pembrolizumab together may work better in treating patients with non-small lung cancer compared to standard of care.
PDC-LUNG-101 trial is an open-label, dose-escalation, phase I/II study to assess the safety, the tolerability, the immunogenicity and the preliminary clinical activity of the therapeutic cancer vaccine, PDC*lung01, associated or not with anti-PD-1 treatment in patients with non-small-cell lung cancer.
This phase II trial studies how well MLN4924 (pevonedistat), carboplatin, and paclitaxel work in treating patients with stage IIIB or IV non-small cell lung cancer. Pevonedistat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as carboplatin and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving pevonedistat together with carboplatin and paclitaxel may work better in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer when compared with other standard chemotherapy drugs.
This study is a single-arm phase II, multicenter study designed to evaluate the activity of stereotactic radiotherapy plus the continuation of durvalumab for 12 more months for patients presenting with NSCLC metachronous oligometastatic disease during post-chemoradiotherapy durvalumab consolidation. Fifty patients will have to be enrolled in this phase II trial. Total duration of treatment will be 12 months. Patients will be followed for a maximum of 2 years following the date of inclusion.
This study involves a two-part design. Part 1 is designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the 4 drug (HLX10+HLX04+carboplatin+pemetrexed). Part 2 is a randomized, open-label study, which will evaluate the safety and efficacy of HLX10 in combination with carboplatin+pemetrexed with or without HLX04(biosimilar of avastin) compared with treatment with carboplatin+pemetrexed in 1st line Stage IIIB/IIIC or IV non-squamous NSCLC. Participants will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio to Arm A (HLX10+HLX04+Carboplatin+Pemetrexed), Arm B (HLX10+HLX04 placebo+Carboplatin+Pemetrexed), or Arm C (HLX10 placebo + HLX04 placebo+Carboplatin+Pemetrexed).
Phase 2 Platform Study in Patients with Advanced Non-Small Lung Cancer who progressed on First-Line Osimertinib Therapy. This study is modular in design, allowing evaluation of the efficacy, safety and tolerability of multiple study treatments.
Lung cancer remains the leading cause of cancer related mortality worldwide, with more than 1.5 million related deaths annually. Lung cancer is divided into two main groups: Small Cell Lung Carcinoma (SCLC) and Non-Small Cell Lung Carcinoma (NSCLC), with prevalence of ~20% and 80% respectively. NSCLC is further subdivided into adenocarcinoma (the most common), squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), and large cell carcinoma. Furthermore, each subtype is likely to have specific mutations, which could be targeted for treatment. Medical imaging and radiomics feature extraction represent a candidate alternative to conventional tissue biopsy, a theory that is investigated in this study.
This study was to assess the antitumor activity, safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of the Mesenchymal-epithelial Transition Factor (MET) inhibitor tepotinib combined with the 3rd generation EGFR inhibitor osimertinib in participants with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
This trial studies treatment effects on development of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy in patients with cancer. Treatments for cancer can cause a problem to the nervous system (called peripheral neuropathy) that can lead to tingling or less feeling in hands and feet. Studying certain risk factors, such as age, gender, pre-existing conditions, and the type of treatment for cancer may help doctors estimate how likely patients are to develop the nerve disorder.
