To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Donafenib plus Sintilimab in combination with transarterial chemoembolisation (TACE) in patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).
Older adults have very specific food and nutrient requirements and often struggle to meet these needs due to poor appetite, reduced functionality and dexterity. Protein (both quality and quantity) is an important macronutrient in maintaining muscle in older adults which can help prevent falls, delay disease onset and help individuals maintain independence. Fortifying regular/ everyday foods with additional protein is one strategy to help older adults meet these increased protein needs. However, it is well established that protein is the most satiating of the nutrients we eat, yet less is known about how this is impacted by age and protein type. This study aims to test 2 protein fortified porridge recipes in older adults (and a control recipe) with outcomes focused on protein bioavailability, appetite and satiety responses.
Study based on the pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, safety and stability evaluation of 3 standardized formulations of THC, to be used in healthy volunteers and post-chemotherapy patients as an adjuvant in the symptomatic treatment of the latter in discomfort associated with cancer treatment, with the aim of possible new therapeutic entities.
In osteoporosis, sarcopenia is a common condition. Sarcopenic measurements can be made by evaluating muscle thickness in different regions. We aim to evaluate lumbar muscle losses in patients with osteoporosis in the lumbar region and to examine whether these muscle losses are correlated with the level of osteoporosis. The patients will be divided into 3 groups as healthy, osteopenic and osteoporotic according to DEXA measurements. Demographic values, comorbidities, osteoporosis drugs used, fracture histories, L1-4, L2-4, femoral neck and total BMD and t values of the patients, psoas and multifidus muscle measurements will be made at L2-L3 level in Lumbar MR imaging. Lumbar MR muscle measurements will be made by 1 physician blind to the DEXA values of the patients.
Multiple lines of evidence have shown that anesthesia method is associated with long-term outcomes in patients undergoing surgery due to cancers, including lung, breast, prostate, and bladder cancer, etc. Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) have been validated as prognostic biomarkers of a number of cancers. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of anesthesia methods on the number of CTCs in patients receiving transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT). The difference of anesthesia method is achieved by using general anesthesia in one group and spinal anesthesia in the other group.
This is a multicenter, open-label, phase II clinical study, aiming to the evaluate the efficacy and safety of AK104, an anti- PD-1 and CTLA-4 bispecific antibody, in subjects with recurrent or metastatic vulvar cancer not amenable to curative surgery or radiotherapy.
1. Explore the effects of natural plant flavonoids on the positive intervention mechanism of neurotransmitter transmission physiological indicators changes (EEG) in the brain of the study subjects; 2. Investigate the effects of natural plant flavonoids in positively intervening clinical symptoms of the study subjects.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of a single oral dose of ZX-7101A on the QTc interval in healthy subjects.
The aim of this randomized controlled study, which includes pre-test and post-test, is to examine the perineum care education given to caregivers of patients with incontinence and being treated in a palliative care clinic. The basic question it aims to answer is: Does the perineum care training given to the relatives of patients treated in the palliative care clinic have an effect on the level of knowledge about perineum care? Participants will participate in a training activity on perineum care. Researchers will compare whether perineum care training given to relatives of palliative care patients is effective compared to the routine service operation, by using lecture, question-answer and presentation method.
