Rare Cystic Benign Adrenal Incidentalomas

Start date: February 28, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Benign complex cystic and vascular adrenal tumors comprise a group of lesions characterized by significant rarity. But, their detection is increasing due to improved radiologic imaging techniques. Nevertheless, they are still conflicting with other lesions. the investigators reviewed their experience with complex cystic benign adrenal tumors in adults, review previous reports to determine the appropriate diagnosis and management of these tumors.

NCT ID: NCT03676972 Completed - Clinical trials for Urinary Tract Disease

To Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of LithoVue Ureteroscope System in Chinese Patients With Urinary Disease

LithoVue
Start date: December 21, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of LithoVue ureteroscope system in Chinese population.

NCT ID: NCT03668262 Completed - Urologic Diseases Clinical Trials

ED50 of Cis-atracurium for Laryngeal Mask Incubation in General Anesthesia

Start date: September 15, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

1. The muscle relaxants can improve the conditions of laryngeal mask incubation and reduce the related complications (such as laryngeal spasm and postoperative throat pain) 2. The dosages of muscle relaxants used in various researches vary greatly. 3. We are planning use the most classical method for determining the ED50 or half effective concentration of cis-atracurium using sequential method, which is also called " up and down method" and " ladder method".

NCT ID: NCT03591289 Withdrawn - Urologic Diseases Clinical Trials

Does Depth of Neuromuscular Blockade (NMB) Affect Surgical Conditions in Obese Patients Undergoing Robotic Surgery

NMB
Start date: February 2018
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

A prospective, randomized, outcome trial to evaluate, if depth of neuromuscular blockade (NMB) will affect surgical conditions and postoperative pain based on the degree of neuromuscular block during robotic surgery for gynecological and urologic procedures in obese and non-obese patients.

NCT ID: NCT03572348 Completed - Surgery Clinical Trials

VeSpAR: Comparing Vessel-Sparing Anastomotic Repair and Transecting Anastomotic Repair in Isolated Short Bulbar Strictures.

VeSpAR
Start date: September 26, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The investigators want to verify whether the surgical outcome of vessel-sparing anastomotic repair in isolated short bulbar urethral strictures is not inferior to the surgical outcome of transecting anastomotic repair. Furthermore, the investigators compare the functional outcome of both techniques verifying if there is less erectile dysfunction after vessel-sparing anastomotic repair than after transecting anastomotic repair.

NCT ID: NCT03562897 Completed - Carcinoma Clinical Trials

Evaluation of Ocoxin-Viusid® in Advanced or Metastatic Ovarian Epithelial Cancer

Start date: October 25, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Our hypothesis is: the nutritional supplement Ocoxin-viusid improves the quality of life of patients, including a better tolerance to neoadjuvant chemotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT03533062 Completed - Quality of Life Clinical Trials

Trigonal vs Non Trigonal Botox Injection in OAB.

Start date: June 14, 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The investigators attend to conduct a prospective randomized study to assess safety and efficacy of trigonal-involved vs. trigonal-sparing botox injection technique, quality of life measurement and post-injection anticholinergics use efficacy. Assessing safety by identification of side effects like constipation, urine retention....etc. efficacy is measured using Over Active Bladder Symptoms Score(OABSS) and urodynamics measures after 6 months follow up.

NCT ID: NCT03463239 Not yet recruiting - Urologic Diseases Clinical Trials

Bioengineered Penile Tissue Constructs for Irreversibly Damaged Penile Corpora

Start date: January 2025
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety of autologous engineered corpora cavernosa + albuginea constructs for treatment of complex penile deformities. Autologous endothelial and smooth muscle cells obtained from enrolled subjects' corpora cavernosa biopsy sample, will be culture expanded in vitro and used to seed decellularized corpora cavernosa + albuginea obtained from cadaveric-donors to create autologous bioengineered corpora cavernosa/albuginea constructs for repair of damaged penile tissues.

NCT ID: NCT03393364 Completed - Urologic Diseases Clinical Trials

Pain Management in Outpatient Urologic Procedures

Start date: April 1, 2018
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Goal of this study is to evaluate how pain is controlled after outpatient urologic surgeries. Patients will receive either opioid pain medication or non-opioid medication for pain control. A survey will be conducted at the post-operative appointment to evaluate for pain control.
