NCT ID: NCT05917158 Recruiting - Carcinoma Clinical Trials

A Study of RC48-ADC Combined With JS001 For Postoperative Adjuvant Treatment of Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma

1
Start date: November 23, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous RC48-ADC combined with JS001 in postoperative adjuvant therapy for HER2-positive upper tract urothelial carcinoma.

NCT ID: NCT04948528 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma

Diagnostic Evaluation of Urine DNA Methylation/Somatic Mutation Profiling for Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma Detection

Start date: September 1, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Clinical trial to determine the efficacy (sensitivity and specificity) of Anchordx's urine DNA methylation/somatic mutation assay for detecting upper tract urothelial carcinoma compared to pathology in patients.

NCT ID: NCT03617003 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma

Treatment of Tumors in the Urinary Collecting System of the Kidney or Ureter Using a Light Activated Drug (WST11)

Start date: August 1, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to test the safety of a combination of the study drug called WST11 and PDT. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a type of ablation therapy (treatment which destroys tumor cells) which has been previously approved for the treatment of patients with other cancers. It works by using a drug that is given through the vein and then is activated in the tumor by light administered during endoscopy, which results in destruction of the cancer cells.

NCT ID: NCT03544437 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma

Feasibility and Safety of Extraperitoneal Laparoscopic Extended Retroperitoneal Lymph Node Dissection at Time of Nephroureterectomy for Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma

Start date: May 21, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

Extended pelvic lymph node dissection in bladder carcinoma provides staging and, in selected patients, a survival benefit. Recent studies showed the therapeutic benefit of retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (RPLND) in advanced stage of upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC). Also laparoscopic extended RPLND is still a technical challenge in urology, considering the high rate of severe complications and difficulties in manipulation. In Renji Hospital, laparoscopic extended RPLND at time of nephroureterectomy was performed via an extraperitoneal approach, avoiding interference with abdominal organs and achieving better exposure. The aim of the present study was to determine the safety and feasibility of performing an extraperitoneal laparoscopic extended RPLND at the time of radical nephroureterectomy (RNU) for UTUC in a prospectively collected cohort of patients.

NCT ID: NCT03230201 Recruiting - Recurrence Clinical Trials

Lymph Node Dissection in High-risk UTUC(Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma)

UTUC
Start date: January 1, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This clinical trial is designed to evaluate the role of lymph node dissection in the prevention of recurrence and metastasis after radical nephroureterectomy for high-risk primary upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) patients.

NCT ID: NCT02969083 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma

Feasibility of Neo-adjuvant Versus Adjuvant Chemotherapy in Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma

URANUS
Start date: May 28, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this study is to explore feasibility of Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma (UTUC) treatments based in real world data in various European countries. The study will allow to gain insight in the true proportion of patients that fit to receive complete cisplatin-based neo-adjuvant or adjuvant chemotherapy, and the proportion and clinical outcome of patients with poor prognostic factors (PS and renal function) who receive only standard treatment (Radical nephroureterectomy (RNU)). This comparison will be made using a uniform diagnostic and treatment protocol.

NCT ID: NCT02923557 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma

Prophylactic Intravesical Chemotherapy to Prevent Bladder Recurrence After Nephroureterectomy for Primary Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma Patients

Start date: November 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This clinical trial is designed to evaluate the efficacy of single immediate intravesical chemotherapy instillation in the prevention of bladder recurrence after nephroureterectomy for primary upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) patients.

NCT ID: NCT02740426 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma

Prophylactic Intravesical Chemotherapy to Prevent Bladder Recurrence After Diagnostic Ureteroscopy for Primary Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma Patients

Start date: August 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This clinical trial is designed to evaluate the efficacy of single immediate intravesical chemotherapy instillation in the prevention of bladder recurrence after diagnostic ureteroscopy for upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) patients.

NCT ID: NCT02547350 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma

Prophylactic Intravesical Chemotherapy to Prevent Bladder Tumors After Nephroureterectomy for Primary Upper Urinary Tract Urothelial Carcinomas

Start date: September 2015
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of prophylactic intravesical chemotherapy (different chemotherapy drugs and dosage regimen) in the prevention of bladder recurrence after nephroureterectomy for upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC).
