View clinical trials related to Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma.
Filter by:This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous RC48-ADC combined with JS001 in postoperative adjuvant therapy for HER2-positive upper tract urothelial carcinoma.
Clinical trial to determine the efficacy (sensitivity and specificity) of Anchordx's urine DNA methylation/somatic mutation assay for detecting upper tract urothelial carcinoma compared to pathology in patients.
The purpose of this study is to test the safety of a combination of the study drug called WST11 and PDT. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a type of ablation therapy (treatment which destroys tumor cells) which has been previously approved for the treatment of patients with other cancers. It works by using a drug that is given through the vein and then is activated in the tumor by light administered during endoscopy, which results in destruction of the cancer cells.
Extended pelvic lymph node dissection in bladder carcinoma provides staging and, in selected patients, a survival benefit. Recent studies showed the therapeutic benefit of retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (RPLND) in advanced stage of upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC). Also laparoscopic extended RPLND is still a technical challenge in urology, considering the high rate of severe complications and difficulties in manipulation. In Renji Hospital, laparoscopic extended RPLND at time of nephroureterectomy was performed via an extraperitoneal approach, avoiding interference with abdominal organs and achieving better exposure. The aim of the present study was to determine the safety and feasibility of performing an extraperitoneal laparoscopic extended RPLND at the time of radical nephroureterectomy (RNU) for UTUC in a prospectively collected cohort of patients.
This clinical trial is designed to evaluate the role of lymph node dissection in the prevention of recurrence and metastasis after radical nephroureterectomy for high-risk primary upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) patients.
The aim of this study is to explore feasibility of Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma (UTUC) treatments based in real world data in various European countries. The study will allow to gain insight in the true proportion of patients that fit to receive complete cisplatin-based neo-adjuvant or adjuvant chemotherapy, and the proportion and clinical outcome of patients with poor prognostic factors (PS and renal function) who receive only standard treatment (Radical nephroureterectomy (RNU)). This comparison will be made using a uniform diagnostic and treatment protocol.
This clinical trial is designed to evaluate the efficacy of single immediate intravesical chemotherapy instillation in the prevention of bladder recurrence after nephroureterectomy for primary upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) patients.
This clinical trial is designed to evaluate the efficacy of single immediate intravesical chemotherapy instillation in the prevention of bladder recurrence after diagnostic ureteroscopy for upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) patients.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of prophylactic intravesical chemotherapy (different chemotherapy drugs and dosage regimen) in the prevention of bladder recurrence after nephroureterectomy for upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC).
