NCT ID: NCT06102057 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Stage III Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

PACCELIO - FDG-PET Based Small Volume Accelerated Immuno Chemoradiotherapy in Locally Advanced NSCLC

PACCELIO
Start date: February 27, 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Multinational, randomized, controlled, open-label, multicenter phase II trial. Eligible patients will be randomized in a ratio of 1:1 to Experimental Arm (FDG-PET-based small volume accelerated radiotherapy with concurrent standard of care chemotherapy) or Conventional Arm (standard FDG-PET-based radiotherapy with concurrent standard of care chemotherapy). Patients showing complete response, partial response, or stable disease following chemoradiotherapy will receive standard of care consolidation therapy with durvalumab (fixed dose of 1500 mg q4w) for up to 12 months or until progression of disease, unacceptable toxicity, patient´s wish, or investigator´s decision, whichever comes first. After end of durvalumab therapy, patients will undergo safety follow up for 90 (+7) days followed by survival follow up until overall end of study. Overall end of study will be reached 24 months after the last patient has started durvalumab therapy. Patients showing PD following chemoradiotherapy will be treated according to investigator´s decision but will be followed up until overall end of study.

NCT ID: NCT05449483 Recruiting - Unresectable Clinical Trials

Conversion of Tislelizumab Combined With Chemotherapy in Unresectable Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Start date: May 11, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Whether the introduction of immunotherapy can transform unresectable esophageal cancer into resectable, or even achieve R0 surgical resection, has not been reported yet. We plan to conduct a prospective, single-center, single-arm phase II clinical study of the safety and efficacy of tislelizumab combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of unresectable esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.

NCT ID: NCT03822351 Completed - Clinical trials for Stage III Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Durvalumab Alone or in Combination With Novel Agents in Subjects With NSCLC

COAST
Start date: December 19, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to compare the clinical activity of durvalumab alone vs durvalumab in combination with novel agents. The overall study goal is early identification of novel durvalumab combinations that are more active than durvalumab alone in the treatment of patients with unresectable, Stage III NSCLC who have not progressed after cCRT.

NCT ID: NCT03093922 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Urothelial Carcinoma

A Study of Two Dosing Schedules of Atezolizumab in Combination With Gemcitabine and Cisplatin as First-Line Treatment for Metastatic Bladder Cancer

Start date: March 22, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to compare any good and bad effects the study drug atezolizumab has on the cancer when combined with the standard chemotherapy drugs gemcitabine and cisplatin (or GC) in two different dosing schedules: chemotherapy (GC) before atezolizumab vs. GC after atezolizumab.

NCT ID: NCT01318642 Terminated - Clinical trials for Adenocarcinoma of the Pancreas

Ganitumab in Locally Advanced Unresectable Adenocarcinoma of the Pancreas

Start date: May 2012
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is a phase 2, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, active placebo-controlled trial of AMG 479 or placebo in combination with gemcitabine as first-line therapy for locally advanced unresectable adenocarinoma of the pancreas. Approximately 150 subjects will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to AMG 479 and gemcitabine, or gemcitabine and placebo. Randomization will be stratified by ECOG (0 or 1). Gemcitabine will be given on days 1, 8, and 15, followed by AMG 479 on days 1 and 15 of every 28 day cycle. Treatment will continue until radiographic disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, withdrawal of consent, or start of a new anti-cancer therapy.

NCT ID: NCT01216345 Completed - Locally Advanced Clinical Trials

Cetuximab + Gemox in Biliary Tract Cancer

Start date: October 2006
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this prospective single-centre phase II study is to investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of cetuximab in combination with Gemcitabine and Oxaliplatin (GEMOX) in the palliative first line treatment of biliary tract cancer (BTC) patients.

NCT ID: NCT01209676 Completed - Melanoma Clinical Trials

IMCgp100 in Advanced Unresectable Melanoma

Start date: September 2010
Phase: Phase 0
Study type: Interventional

A phase 0, exploratory study of the pharmacodynamics of a single intratumoral dose of IMCgp100, a monoclonal T cell receptor anti-CD3 scFv fusion protein, in subjects with advanced unresectable melanoma to assess the safety and pharmacodynamic properties of single intratumoral doses of IMCgp100 in the setting of advanced unresectable melanoma. Six patients will be enrolled to complete the study over approximately 12-15 months.

NCT ID: NCT00952003 Completed - Gastric Cancer Clinical Trials

Oxaliplatin/Irinotecan/Bevacizumab Followed by Docetaxel/Bevacizumab in Inoperable Locally Advanced or Metastatic Gastric Cancer Patients

Start date: July 2009
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of this study is to determine the efficacy of an Oxaliplatin / Irinotecan / Bevacizumab therapy followed by Docetaxel / Bevacizumab therapy followed by Bevacizumab until progression in the treatment of locally advanced metastatic gastric cancer, in terms of response rates (complete or partial response, determined by radiologic evaluation according to Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST)). Secondary objectives Secondary Objective: To determine the safety profile of a an Oxaliplatin/Irinotecan/Bevacizumab therapy followed by Docetaxel/Bevacizumab therapy followed by Bevacizumab until progression in terms of qualitative and quantitative toxicities from first study treatment dose until completion of study treatment due to progression or for any other reason. Secondary Objective: To evaluate the study population with respect to the following: overall survival (from treatment start until death from any cause) and progression free survival (from treatment start until progression or death from any cause).

NCT ID: NCT00805896 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Songyou Granule and Transarterial Chemoembolization for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Start date: December 2008
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Songyou Granule is a mixture of 6 herbs. Vitro and vivo studies showed that Songyou Granule can inhibit HCC cells grow, and HCC metastasis. Hypothesis of this study is that TACE plus Songyou Granule will improve outcome in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) compared with TACE.
