Filter by:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety aspirin in patients with chronic coronary syndromes without revascularization.
The purpose of this research is to find out if doing cardiac rehab at home, or a mix of cardiac rehab at home and in the clinic, is as effective as coming in to the clinic for cardiac rehab.
The overall purpose of Flash FFR Ⅱ is to investigate whether coronary angiography-derived fractional flow reserve (caFFR), compared with fractional flow reserve (FFR) measured by a pressure wire, has non-inferior clinical effect and cost benefit in guiding the percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for patients with moderate coronary artery stenosis in terms of long-term clinical prognosis.
The objective of this study is a comparative evaluation of Orsiro stent and of Resolute Integrity stent in terms of the extent of neointima formation at 4 months after implantation using optical coherence tomography (OCT).
The present study aims to enhance the adherence of beta-blockers by Patient Support Tool through a smart phone application and a wristband, subsequently reduce the risk of angina attacks in patients with stable angina pectoris.
Investigators adopt cross-sectional study design to carry out the exemplary research in the aspects of disease diagnosis. This study is designed to confirm the hypothesis "acupoint sensitization is associated with a severity of angina pectoris, which may contribute to the diagnosis of stable angina pectoris". After the eligible participants recruited in group, the coronary artery lesions will be evaluated through coronary angiography and the Canadian Cardiovascular Society(CCS) angina pectoris classification will also be evaluated at the same time. The degree of acupoint sensitization will be tested by the electronic Von Frey instrument by one professional acupuncturist with total 12 acupoints, including Shenmen,Yinxi, Shaohao,Jiquan,Neiguan, Ximen, Quze, Shanzhong, Juque, Jueyinyu, Xinyu, Duyu. Analysis were conducted to explore relationships between the degree of acupoint sensitization, the degree of coronary artery stenosis and CCS angina pectoris classification. Diagnostic value will be further analyzed in the final step.
This study evaluates the Efficacy and Safety of Paclitaxel-Coated Balloon Catheter in Patients With Diffuse Long De Novo Lesions of Main Coronary Arteries.
The objective of this study is a comparative evaluation of BuMA Supreme™ stent and of Xience V/Prime stent in terms of the extent of neointima formation at 1 or 2 months after implanting in relatively high bleeding risk patients with coronary artery disease using OCT.
There are few data regarding anti-anginal effects between beta-blockers with and without vasodilating property. Beta-blocker without vasodilating property is generally known to have unfavorable effects on glucose and lipid metabolism. Therefore, the investigators compared carvedilol and atenolol on anti-anginal and metabolic effects in patient with stable angina pectoris.
Low intensity shockwaves have been proven in animal and pilot clinical studies to induce local growth of new blood vessels. Small single-center clinical trials with shockwave therapy showed promising results in reducing angina symptoms, improving perfusion and contractility in patients with refractory angina and stress-induced ischemia on imaging test. The hypothesis of this study is that shockwave therapy could improve angina symptoms and exercise tolerance in broader population of patients with stable angina regardless of imaging test results Study aims to demonstrate anti-anginal efficacy of Extracorporeal Shockwave Myocardial Revascularization Therapy (ESMR), on top of stable optimal medical treatment in patients with stable angina.
