View clinical trials related to Spastic Gait.
Filter by:The aim of this study is to objectively evaluate the effectiveness of radial extracorporeal shock wave therapy (rESWT) and conventional physical therapy program on the gait pattern through a new gait analysis system which encompasses spatiotemporal and kinematic parameters and to correlate the findings with the clinical evaluation.
The aim of the study is to evaluate the short effects of a two rehabilitation session commonly performed in physical therapy, 1. muscle strengthening of the lower limbs and 2. effort reconditioning with cyclo ergometer, on gait characteristics (kinematics, kinetics and electromyographic) in patients with central nervous system lesion.
