Filter by:This is a Phase 1, open-label, multicenter, dose escalation and dose expansion study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and antitumor activity of PF-07224826, as a single agent or in combination with endocrine therapy in participants with advanced solid tumors. This study will be divided into dose escalation/finding (Part 1) and dose expansion (Part 2). In Part 1, participants with locally recurrent/advanced or metastatic Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC), platinum resistant ovarian cancer and other advanced solid tumors will receive PF-07224826 as a single agent. Participants with HR-positive HER2-negative advanced or mBC will receive PF-07224826 in combination with endocrine therapy. In Part 2 (Arm A), PF-07224826 will be evaluated in combination with fulvestrant in HR-positive HER2-negative advanced or mBC participants who have received prior CDK4/6 inhibitor. In Part 2 (Arm B), PF-07224826 will be evaluated in combination with fulvestrant in HR-positive HER2-negative locally advanced or mBC participants whose disease has progressed on prior endocrine therapy and is naïve to CDK4/6 inhibitors.
This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary antitumor activity of BGB-B167 monotherapy and in combination with tislelizumab (BGB-A317) in participants with select advanced solid tumors in Chinese participants
This is a study of pembrolizumab in combination with sitravatinib in adult women with recurrent endometrial cancer or other solid tumors with deficient mismatch repair system. All patients enrolled will receive pembrolizumab as standard of care combined with Sitravatinib, which will be self-administered orally daily.
The purpose of this study is to estimate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD)/ recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) regimen and characterize the pharmacokinetics (PK) of brigatinib monotherapy (film-coated tablets and age-appropriate formulation [AAF]) administered orally once daily (QD) in pediatric and young adult participants in Phase 1 and to define the efficacy of brigatinib administered as monotherapy within the disease-specific expansion arms (unresectable/recurrent anaplastic lymphoma kinase positive (ALK+) inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT); relapsed/refractory ALK+ anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) in Phase 2.
This is a single center, phase I dose escalation study designed to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of deimmunized CD133KDEL (dCD133KDEL), a ligand-directed, deimmunized pseudomonas toxin against CD133, in patients with advanced, previously treated, refractory solid tumors.
Diagnosis of lesions of pancreas, the upper gastrointestinal tract, as well as adjacent structures, such as lymph nodes, is still showing advancements especially with the increased use of endoscopic ultrasound. Endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration and fine needle biopsy (EUS-FNA/FNB) have become mainstay diagnostic techniques for these lesions. The purpose of the study is to compare between the currently used, ProCore needles and the new biopsy needle, SharkCore, for the histological diagnosis and evaluation of lesions.
This is a study to investigate the absorption, metabolism and excretion of [14C] labeled ASP8273 in subjects with solid tumors harboring EGFR mutations (per local testing). This study consists of two parts (A and B).
In this proposed study the investigators will combine gemcitabine and cisplatin with talazoparib to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of this combination regimen. After determination of the RP2D patients with lung cancer whose tumors carry molecular alterations in DNA repair pathway genes will be enrolled to an expansion cohort to determine anti-tumor efficacy. Tissue samples of patients with confirmed partial response, complete response, and non-responders will be obtained for whole exome, and transcriptome sequencing to characterize the genetic alterations associated with response to therapy.
This study will create a patient data registry to collect and analyze information on technology usage and outcomes among patients receiving a broad range of relatively new radiation treatments that have become standards of care in our practice. Review of this information will serve as a basis for development of better patient management plans, to inform decisions about acquisition of new technologies, to provide information about quality in our care delivery, and to create a database that will securely warehouse ongoing information about what treatments the patients we serve need most and the challenges they face in the treatment process. The information gathered is likely to not only improve our services at the University of Maryland and its community sites but to advance medical science and enhance the quality of care for cancer patients.
This is a Phase I multicenter, open-label, dose-escalation study of DTP348. DTP 348 is an oral dual drug with two mechanisms of action: 1. carbonic anhydrase IX inhibitor which acidifies the intracellular pH through the sulfamide components 2. radio sensitizer of hypoxic cells through its 5-nitroimidazole moiety The study will be conducted in 2 parts. The phase I trials will be on the standard 3+3 design first as single agent then combined with radiotherapy: 1. A single agent dose-escalation phase in patients with solid tumours. 2. A dose-escalation phase in patients with HNSCC in combination with radiotherapy The main objective is to determine the recommended phase II dose of DTP348 in combination with radiotherapy
