Mindfulness Practice in Endometrial and Cervical Cancers With Smartphone Applications (MECCA)
Patients with endometrial cancer who will be undergoing surgery or patients with cervical cancer who will be treated with chemoradiation will be randomized to utilize the Headspace smartphone application or not prior to their anticipated treatment.

Evaluation of Indocyanine Green-guided Systematic Pelvic Lymphadenectomy in Endometrial and Cervical Cancer
The lymph nodes involvement is one of the most important prognostic factors in endometrial (EC) and cervical cancer (CC). Indeed, the lymph node involvement in cancer patients modifies the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stage and plays a pivotal role in the choice of the adjuvant therapy. Since the modern imaging techniques are not yet able to accurately detect lymph nodes metastasis, pelvic systematic lymphadenectomy has still an important role and it still represents the gold standard in EC and CC. The sentinel lymph node (SLN) biopsy, which is a standard practice in breast cancer and melanoma, is often used in some early stage gynaecological cancers such as EC and CC. Indocyanine green (ICG) is the most used tracer for the detection of SLN in gynaecological cancer, especially in laparoendoscopic setting. ICG allows a complete visualization of the lymphatic drainage and, for this reason, it may be used even in systematic pelvic lymphadenectomy to guide the surgeon during the procedure. Several studies have demonstrated an advantage of the ICG-guided lymphadenectomy in other types of cancers, showing a higher number of lymph nodes removed with this technique when compared to standard lymphadenectomy (without ICG). To date, there is no published study about ICG-guided systematic pelvic lymphadenectomy in EC and CC. In this scenario, the aim of this study will be to compare systematic ICG-guided pelvic lymphadenectomy and standard lymphadenectomy in EC and CC.

A Phase 2 Study of ONC201 in Recurrent/Refractory Metastatic Breast Cancer and Advanced Endometrial Carcinoma
Background: The new drug ONC201 have been shown to kill breast cancer and endometrial cancer cells in the laboratory. The exact mechanism of action is not completely clear yet, but the ONC201 destroys the mitochondria inside the cells. Blocking mitochondrial activity may kill tumor cells, which would shrink tumors. Researchers want to see if ONC201 helps shrink tumors of certain breast or endometrial cancers and if that effect is maintained. Objective: To see if ONC201 shrinks tumors with a lasting effect. Eligibility: Adults ages 18 and older who have metastatic breast cancer (hormone-positive or triple-negative) or metastatic endometrial cancers. Design: Participants will be screened with: - Medical history - Physical exam - Heart, blood, and urine tests - Computed tomography (CT) and bone scans - Review of medical report and tumor sample - Participants will have a tumor biopsy before starting treatment and after 5 weeks taking the study drug. A scan or ultrasound may be used to guide the biopsy. Patients will receive local anesthetic and a needle will remove a small piece of tumor. - The study will be done in 28-day cycles. Every day 1 of each cycle participants will repeat most screening tests, will be seen by the physician and receive a supply of the study drug. - Participants will take the study drug by mouth once every 7 days. They will keep a diary of when they take the drug and any side effects. During cycle 1, participants will get weekly calls to discuss their health and symptoms. Images will be repeated every 2 cycles to evaluate response to the treatment.

Sentinel Node Mapping With Robotic Assisted Near Infra-red Fluorescent Imaging in Women With Cervical and Endometrial Cancer
The aim of the study is to evaluate the feasibility of applying the SLN mapping technique in combination with FDG-PET/CT imaging in women with high-risk histology endometrial cancer and in patients with cervical cancer tumour size 2-4 cm.

Phase I Evaluation of Lenvatinib and Weekly Paclitaxel in Patients With Recurrent Endometrial, Ovarian, Fallopian Tube, or Primary Peritoneal Cancer
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of lenvatinib mesylate when given together with paclitaxel in treating patients with endometrial, ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that has come back or grown. Lenvatinib mesylate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking a protein needed for cell growth and may block the growth of new blood vessels necessary for tumor growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving lenvatinib mesylate and paclitaxel together may work better in treating patients with endometrial, ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer.

A Phase I Trial of BKM120 in Combination With Weekly Nabpaclitaxel (Abraxane®) in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors Followed by a Dose Expansion Phase in Patients With Recurrent Endometrial or Recurrent Ovarian Cancer
The purpose of the first part of this study or the dose escalation portion of the study is to determine what dose of BKM120 and Abraxane is safe to give when the two drugs are used at the same time in patients who are diagnosed with a solid cancer. A solid cancer is a cancer that does not involve the blood, bone marrow or lymph nodes. Dose escalation determines the least toxic and most effect dose of this drug combination for treatment. Once this dose is established, it will be used for the dose expansion phase of the study where we will determine the effect of BKM120 and Abraxane in women diagnosed with a recurrent endometrial or ovarian cancer. We will see whether the combination of both drugs improves the response and survival of patients treated on the two drug regimen. Also we will try to find out whether there are changes in tumors that can help us determine what patients are more likely to respond to BKM120 and Abraxane.

A Randomized Phase III Study of Standard vs. IMRT Pelvic Radiation for Post-Operative Treatment of Endometrial and Cervical Cancer (TIME-C)
RATIONALE: Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays and other types of radiation to kill tumor cells. Specialized radiation therapy that delivers a high dose of radiation directly to the tumor may kill more tumor cells and cause less damage to normal tissue. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying two different methods of radiation and their side effects and comparing how well they work in treating endometrial and cervical cancer after surgery.
