The purpose of the study is to evaluate the use of autologous Bone Marrow Derived Stem Cells (BMSC) as a means to improve cognitive impairment as occurs in Alzheimer's Disease and other dementias and to improve behavior and socialization issues which occur in adult Autism Spectrum Disorder. The use of Near Infrared Light, in conjunction with the use of BMSC, will also be assessed.

Psychiatric disorders are assessed via a semi-structured interview (Kiddie Schedule for Affective Disorders and Schizophrenia) and clinical features are investigated via sociodemographic form, which was developped by researchers. Investigator planned to compare psychiatric diagnoses, specifically anxiety and depression, with children referred to pediatric clinics.

Postoperative delirium (POD) is a common postoperative complication that can occur in patients of any age. POD brings great burden to patients and their families, as the following cognitive decline may persist for months to years to impede patients returning to previous life quality and employment. The PREDICt study aims to characterize the incidence and profiles of POD in ICU, and to find out risk factors, especially any are modifiable, and any have value for developing prediction model. Our final aim is to comprehensively and deeply explore the etiology of POD to guide prevention of delirium among postoperative patients.

Mindfulness-based Program for Children With Disruptive Behavior Disorder

The present RCT study investigates whether combined mindfulness program for children and their parents was beneficial for Italian children, aged 8-12, with disruptive behavior diagnosis (DBD). The study tests the program effects on children's behavioral difficulties in school and home contexts; children's and parents' mindfulness abilities; children's impulsiveness; and parents' stress. The study include a sample of 50 children randomly allocate to the intervention or to the control condition (wait-list control sample). Repeated measures of children's and parents' and teachers' reported measures will be used.

Digital Parent Training for Disruptive Behaviors in Children

This is an open pilot trial of web-based parent training for tantrums and disruptive behavior in children. Parents will be asked to complete a battery of tests to assess their children' behaviors before and after the intervention. Children will undergo a psychiatric evaluation as part of screening. The intervention will be delivered online via an app over a period of 6 weeks. It consists of 8 self-guided courses that take approximately 10 minutes to complete and include text and animated parent-child simulations. Parents will also complete 3 one-hour videoconferencing sessions with a study clinician. During the intervention, parents will be taught various strategies for managing situations that can be anger provoking for their child. This study is conducted to examine whether a digitally-delivered version of parent-management training can be used to reduce behavioral problems including anger outbursts, irritability, aggression and noncompliance.
