View clinical trials related to Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation.
Filter by:AFGen1 is indicated for use on symptomatic or asymptomatic adults who are at risk of developing or who have atrial fibrillation, where a software assisted analysis of ambulatory ECG is needed to identify episodes of Afib. The purpose of this study is to establish the clinical performance of the AFib-Chek device (a.k.a. Device) on human participants.
This is a post-market study collecting real-world clinical data on safety, effectiveness and procedural success of Boston Scientific Cardiac Cryoablation System (POLARx™ System)
The DIAMOND AF Post Approval study is a prospective, global, multi-center, non-randomized, single-arm observational trial
The STOP AF First PAS is a prospective, global, multi-center, observational trial.
This proposal aims to determine the effects of tVNS on autonomic tone, atrial substrate and neuromodulators in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (AF), investigate the chronic effects of optimal tVNS on AF burden in patients with paroxysmal AF over a 6-month period, compared with sham stimulation, and identify physiological and biochemical markers of response to chronic tVNS.
The purpose of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a pulsed field ablation system developed and manufactured by Hangzhou Dinova EP Technology Co., Ltd in the treatment of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation
The main purpose of this pilot project is to measure the feasibility of conducting a randomized crossover study examining short-term changes in atrial fibrillation (AF) symptoms in symptomatic females and males with paroxysmal or persistent AF when they engage in a standard week of exercise (i.e. moderate-intensity continuous training [MICT] or high-intensity interval training [HIIT]) compared to a control week (i.e. no moderate to vigorous exercise over 7 days).
The Post-Market Clinical Follow-Up trial is a prospective, multi-center, open-label, single-arm clinical follow-up study designed to provide long-term safety feasibility, effectiveness and performance of the FARAPULSE Pulsed Field Ablation System for the treatment of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation (PAF).
Assess the clinical safety and feasibility of MultiPulse Therapy (MPT) electrical stimulation waveform sequence in terminating paroxysmal and persistent atrial fibrillation.
A prospective, multi-center study with the CathVision Cube® system and the PVI Analyzer software in radiofrequency (RF), cryo-balloon (CB), and Pulse Field Ablation (PFA) procedures.
