Clinical Trial Summary

This study will construct and develop an application (APP) based on social-cognitive theory for overweight and obese women during pregnancy. Our program will use and evaluate the mHealth program, which has pregnant women using wearable devices to help prevent excessive gestational weight gain, and it will continue to promote physical activity for overweight and obese pregnant women.
