Start date: September 18, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

In this research study, the investigators are working to help oncologists better serve patients by delivering more patient-centered, goal-concordant care that may improve health care delivery. - It is expected that about 30,000 people will take part in this research study, 29,550 of these patients, the vast majority, will be included only for medical record review.

NCT ID: NCT03517332 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Circulating Tumor DNA Exposure in Peripheral Blood

Start date: January 1, 2015
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is a prospective, multi-center, blinded feasibility study. The objective of this study is to test the feasibility of the detection of tumor DNA of a variety of tumors in peripheral blood using a novel process for the detection of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA).

NCT ID: NCT03160274 Recruiting - Pheochromocytoma Clinical Trials

Genetic Analysis of Pheochromocytomas, Paragangliomas and Associated Conditions

Start date: October 19, 2005
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

Pheochromocytomas and paragangliomas are neural crest-derived tumors of the nervous system that are often inherited and genetically heterogeneous. Genetic screening is recommended for patients and their relatives, and can guide clinical decisions. However, a mutation is not found in all cases. The aims of this proposal are to: 1) to map gene(s) involved in pheochromocytoma, and 2) identify genotype-phenotype correlations in patients with pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma of various genetic origins.
