Stromal vascular fraction of cells (SVF) will be extracted from lipoaspirate by enzymatic digestion. SVF will be administered in a single dose intraarticularly 4 weeks after arthroscopic debridement. All patients will receive cell therapy.This is a single arm study with no control.
The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of single adductor-canal-block versus single femoral nerve block on the recovery after total knee arthroplasty.
This study will evaluate blood flow restriction training as a rehabilitation modalities following total knee arthroplasty in order to determine if patient reported outcomes and objective functional outcomes can be improved through post-operative rehabilitation compared to standard physical therapy modalities currently in use.
In this study the investigators will examine patients who have undergone unilateral ACL reconstruction surgery to determine which structural and functional characteristics of the knee two and ten years post reconstruction surgery, aspects of the original injury and repair, and patient characteristics are risk factors for osteoarthritis after ACL reconstruction surgery.

Several studies have reported the outcomes of multimodal approach to central sensitization evaluated by generalized pressure pain hypersensitivity in patients with carpometacarpal (CMC) OA. Neurodynamic techniques are a form of manual therapy directed to the neural structures through positioning and movement of multiple joints. Recent technologies have facilitated the use of robots as tools to assist patients in the rehabilitation process thus maximizing patient outcomes. These robotic tools assist the patient with carrying out exercise protocols, optimal for the activity of the control group.

What is the intensity of F-PET uptake adjacent to four analyzed hip endoprosthetic components and in healthy femur and acetabulum, 1, 4 and 9 months after surgery?
The focus of the study is to determine the prevalence and variance of self-reported knee pain characteristics in a community-derived sample of adults aged 40 years and over. It will also identify characteristics such as structural changes of osteoarthritis of the knee as well as physiological parameters and blood and urine biomarkers.
This study is to evaluate the performance of the Articulinx ICMC (InterCarpoMetacarpalCushion) in the carpometacarpal joint (CMC joint) and to describe the clinical results in patients who have been treated with this device. Expected results include the relief of symptoms and improvement of function in patients with symptomatic osteoarthritis (OA) of the CMC-1 joint. Evaluation of device performance will be achieved through measurements of pain, pain medication use, and joint function in up to 40 subjects. Each subject will be compared to their pre-surgery status for each endpoint.
