Determining Whether Durvalumab in Combination With Radiation Therapy Can Prevent the Progression of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: July 19, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to see if Durvalumab and radiation therapy can delay the worsening of disease in patients with non-small cell lung cancer normally treated with sequential chemotherapy followed by radiation therapy.

Naptumomab Estafenatox in Combination With Durvalumab in Subjects With Selected Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

Start date: October 10, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a dose escalation, MTD expansion (Phase 1b) and cohort expansions (Phase 2) study to assess the safety and tolerability of a combination of NAP with durvalumab in subjects with selected advanced or metastatic solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT03965845 Completed - Solid Tumors Clinical Trials

A Study of Telaglenastat (CB-839) in Combination With Palbociclib in Patients With Solid Tumors

Start date: June 25, 2019
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 1b/2 study to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D), safety and tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and clinical activity of the glutaminase inhibitor telaglenestat (CB-839) with the CDK4/6 Inhibitor, palbociclib in participants with advanced/metastatic solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT03955198 Active, not recruiting - NSCLC Clinical Trials

A Trial Evaluating Stereotactic Radiotherapy Plus Durvalumab Continuation for Patients With NSCLC Metachronous Oligometastatic Disease Under Durvalumab Consolidation Following Chemoradiation

SILK BM
Start date: May 27, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is a single-arm phase II, multicenter study designed to evaluate the activity of stereotactic radiotherapy plus the continuation of durvalumab for 12 more months for patients presenting with NSCLC metachronous oligometastatic disease during post-chemoradiotherapy durvalumab consolidation. Fifty patients will have to be enrolled in this phase II trial. Total duration of treatment will be 12 months. Patients will be followed for a maximum of 2 years following the date of inclusion.

NCT ID: NCT03893461 Active, not recruiting - Lung Cancer Clinical Trials

Coagulation System In STereotactic Radiotherapy Of NSCLC

CISTRON
Start date: March 26, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The risk of thromboembolism is elevated in lung cancer patients. The present project investigates whether stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) further increases the risk of thromboembolic disease in lung cancer patients. If coagulation is activated by SBRT, this study could form the basis of new clinical trials investigating whether lung cancer patients may benefit from thromboprophylaxis during and after stereotactic body radiation therapy.

NCT ID: NCT03875820 Active, not recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

Phase I Trial of Defactinib and VS-6766.

FRAME
Start date: December 12, 2017
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a multi-centre, investigator-initiated, dose escalation, Phase I trial of the combination of the FAK inhibitor, Defactinib (VS-6063), and the dual RAF/MEK inhibitor, VS-6766 (RO5126766) in patients with advanced solid tumours. VS-6766 (RO5126766) is the same compound as CH5126766. There are two parts to this study, the dose escalation phase and the dose expansion phase. In the dose escalation phase, cohorts of 3 to 6 patients will be enrolled to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended Phase II dose (RP2D). This will be followed by a dose expansion phase to further characterise the safety and tolerability and to assess the pharmacodynamic activity of the combination.

NCT ID: NCT03866499 Active, not recruiting - NSCLC Clinical Trials
