View clinical trials related to Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer.
Filter by:This is a first-in-human, open label, Phase 1/2 study to investigate the safety and efficacy of TAS3351 in patients with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring an acquired C797S epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation.
The current standard of care for locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is concurrent chemoradiation and consolidation immunotherapy. In real world clinical practice, patients who cannot tolerate concurrent chemoradiation generally received radiotherapy alone or sequential chemoradiation. These patients are more likely to develop distant metastases and therefore may require tolerable systemic consolidation regimens. However, there is a lack of evidence from clinical studies on consolidation immunotherapy after radiotherapy alone or sequential chemoradiation. The aim of the study is to explore the efficacy and safety of Tislelizumab consolidation therapy after radiotherapy or sequential chemoradiation in locally advanced NSCLC patients who are intolerable of concurrent concurrent chemoradiation.
This phase 1 open-label study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary efficacy of CHS-006 in combination with toripalimab in 2 phases. Phase 1 (Dose Optimization phase) will explore 2 different dose combinations in participants with advanced/metastatic solid tumors (except pancreatic) and Phase 2 (Indication-specific Expansion phase) will use one selected dose in specific tumor types (non-small cell lung cancer-non squamous [NSCLC-NS] and Hepatocellular carcinoma [HCC])
To explore the intracranial/extracranial ORR, PFS, QoL, safety, dynamic changes of tissue, cerebrospinal fluid, and plasma DNA in patients with newly diagnosed advanced NSCLC with EGFR mutation with/without brain metastasis given first-line treatment with almonertinib combined with bevacizumab at the initial stage of treatment, during treatment and after drug resistance, and the correlation between early clearance of sensitive mutations and survival.
This study is a first-in-human, open-label, 2-part, Phase 1 dose escalation study of DO-2, administered orally to patients with advanced or refractory solid tumours, with MET aberrations, and no available, approved therapeutic alternative.
This is a multicenter, single-arm phase II clinical study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of pyrotinib maleate as a first-line treatment for HER2-mutated or amplified non-small cell lung cancer. Pyrotinib maleate is a small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor that can irreversibly inhibit HER1, HER2, and HER4.
The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the feasibility of pharmacokinetically boosting osimertinib using cobicistat in order to improve osimertinib exposure in individual patients with advanced NSCLC (Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer) with mutated EGFR (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor). The main questions it aims to answer are: - Cohort 1: Does concurrent use of osimertinib and cobicistat allow for osimertinib weekly intake reductions? If so, how much can the intake be reduced while retaining clinically effective exposure? - Cohort 2: Does concurrent use of osimertinib and cobicistat allow for improved penetration of osimertinib in the central nervous system, in patients with CNS (central nervous system) oligoprogression? Participants who are taking osimertinib in regular care will receive cobicistat in addition to their other medication. They will undergo blood sampling to measure the amount of osimertinib in blood, and measure the effect of boosting. Additionally, in cohort 1 patients will be dose-reduced if their exposure levels allow.
Lung cancer is the leading cause of death worldwide, with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) being the most common histotype according to the global cancer observatory 2022. A variety of therapeutic options for advanced/metastatic non-oncogene-addicted NSCLC have recently been approved based on their impact on patient outcomes in terms of survival and safety profile. Current guidelines advocate for personalized treatment options based on molecular and immunologic characteristics, which drives the physician's decision toward tailored oncology. In the last two to three decades, hundreds of cancer biological prognostic markers for non-small cell lung cancer have been proposed. Although they have shown a potential in this field, validation studies are still required and, to date, there is in sufficient evidence to recommend the routine clinical use of any of these putative biomarkers. Therefore, the discovery of robust prognostic and/or predictive biomarkers in patients with non-small cell lung cancer is imperative for advancing treatment strategies for the disease and improving patient care.
This clinical trial is aimed at the evaluation of the safety and clinical activity of tiragolumab in combination with carboplatin, pemetrexed and atezolizumab in the first line treatment of metastatic non-squamous NSCLC patients with asymptomatic untreated brain metastases.
This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety and pharmacokinetics of RC48-ADC for injection combined with pyrotinib in subjects with local advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with HER2 mutation.
