Filter by:This is a single-arm, phase II study of camrelizumab combined with SOX regimen in subjects with resectable locally advanced gastric cancer. The patients will receive camrelizumab ,S-1 and oxaliplatin given every 3 weeks for 3 cycles as neoadjuvant therapy. After the surgery, adjuvant therapy which includes camrelizumab and SOX regimen will begin.
This is a Phase 1/2, open-label first-in-human study of the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics, and anti-tumor activity of BLU-451 monotherapy and BLU-451 in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy (carboplatin and pemetrexed). All participants will receive BLU-451 on a 21-day treatment cycle.
This phase II study will investigate the activity and safety of radionuclide 177Lu-PSMA therapy versus 177Lu-PSMA in combination with Ipilimumab and Nivolumab in patients with metastatic castrate resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, first-in-human (FIH) study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and anticancer activity of BLU-945, a selective EGFR inhibitor, as monotherapy or in combination with osimertinib.
This prospective trial aims to determine if enhanced prostate imaging using two novel imaging technologies (high resolution DWI and 18F-PSMA PET-MRI) will detect prostate cancers not seen on standard multiparametric prostate MRI in patients considered candidates for focal HIFU.
An open-label, multi-center, single and cyclic ascending dose study of P-PSMA-101 autologous CAR-T cells in patients with mCRPC and SGC.
This is an international, randomized, open-label, Phase 3 study designed to evaluate whether the potent and selective RET inhibitor, pralsetinib, improves outcomes when compared to a platinum chemotherapy-based regimen chosen by the Investigator from a list of standard of care treatments, as measured primarily by progression free survival (PFS), for participants with RET fusion-positive metastatic NSCLC who have not previously received systemic anticancer therapy for metastatic disease. Participants who have centrally confirmed progressive disease on the control arm have the option to crossover to pralsetinib.
This study is a clinical trial to determine the safety of inoculating G207 (an experimental virus therapy) into a recurrent or refractory cerebellar brain tumor. The safety of combining G207 with a single low dose of radiation, designed to enhance virus replication, tumor cell killing, and an anti-tumor immune response, will also be tested. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of nivolumab when given under the skin with or without rHuPH20. This study will include participants with 1 of the following advanced or metastatic tumors approved for treatment with nivolumab monotherapy: - non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) - renal cell carcinoma (RCC) - unresectable or metastatic melanoma - hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) - microsatellite instability-high or mismatch repair deficient colorectal cancer (MSI-H/dMMR CRC) - in Part B, other solid tumors may be considered at the discretion of the Clinical Trial Physician - In addition to the above tumors, Part E will also include participants with metastatic urothelial carcinoma (mUC).
This study is designed for patients diagnosed with MET-driven, unresectable and locally advanced or metastatic Papillary Renal Cell Carcinoma. The purpose of this study is to see if an investigational new anti-cancer medication, savolitinib, is effective in treating patients with MET-driven PRCC, how it compares with another medication frequently used to treat this disease called sunitinib, and what side effects it might cause.
