The purpose of this clinical research project is to explore potential biomarkers and validate the predictive and prognostic value of molecular signature in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
1. To see the effect if a combination of induction chemotherapy followed by chemoradiotherapy works in treating children with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).
This trial uses blood tests and questionnaires to study how well participants with head and neck cancer that has spread to other places in the body adhere to swallowing exercises to prevent future disease. Using blood tests to study cytokines (proteins related to the immune system) may help doctors learn if certain levels of cytokines affect whether or not side effects occur and if they put participants at risk for future disease. Questionnaires may help doctors learn about the reasons head and neck cancer participants may or may not follow the swallowing exercises that they are asked to perform after receiving radiation treatments.
The aim of this study is the safety and efficacy of high-activity natural killer immunotherapy to small metastases of nasopharyngeal cancer.

This is an randomized, controlled, multicenter phase 3 clinical trial. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of single-agent capecitabine as adjuvant chemotherapy in locoregionally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).
The purpose of this study is to examine the efficacy of maintenance chemotherapy for the treatment of metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Participants will be randomized to 3 arms. Arm 1, control group, participants will receive only 4-8 cycles of conventional chemotherapy; arm 2, participants will receive 6 cycles of maintenance chemotherapy after conventional chemotherapy; arm 3, experiment arm, after conventional chemotherapy, participants will receive maintenance chemotherapy until disease progression or intolerable toxicities.
The purpose of this study is to compare the survival and toxicity of TPC (TAXOL, DDP AND CAPECITABINE ) VS PF (cisplatin and 5-Fluorouracil) as induction chemotherapy combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) for stage IVa-b nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients in endemic area.
