Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, dose-limiting toxicities (any harmful effect of a drug) (DLT), maximum tolerated dose (MTD), recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and preliminary clinical activity of duvortuxizumab when administered intravenously to participants with relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies [diffuse-large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), mantle-cell lymphoma (MCL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)].

NCT ID: NCT02451111 Terminated - Follicular Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Rituximab With or Without Ibrutinib for Patients With Advanced Follicular Lymphoma

Start date: November 6, 2015
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Follicular lymphomas FL has been traditionally approached either by an initial watch and wait policy in the asymptomatic patient, or with single agent treatments with the purpose of maintaining a good quality of life for a prolonged time. The combination of rituximab and ibrutinib has been tested in clinical trials and appeared to be well tolerated and active. Since ibrutinib seems to achieve better results when administered for prolonged time as shown in CLL, the investigators have chosen to compare its combination with rituximab to the prolonged rituximab-only schedule that was already shown to be very active in the SAKK 35/03 trial. The aim of the study is to investigate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of the treatment combination of Ibrutinib and Rituximab for patients with advanced follicular lymphoma in need of therapy.

NCT ID: NCT02440685 Terminated - Cancer Clinical Trials

A Phase 1/2 Study To Evaluate ASN002 In Relapsed/Refractory Lymphoma And Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: May 2015
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is a dose escalation, and cohort expansion study in subjects with advanced cancer for which no standard therapy exists. Subjects must have received prior treatment for cancer that has not worked, or has stopped working.

NCT ID: NCT02417129 Terminated - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin

BI 695500 vs Rituxan First Line Treatment in Patients With Low Tumor Burden Follicular Lymphoma

Start date: April 2015
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase III, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, parallel-arm, active comparator trial to evaluate BI 695500 versus rituximab as a first-line immunotherapy treatment in patients with LTBFL. Patients will be randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive 375 mg/m2 of BI 695500 or rituximab via intravenous (IV) infusion once a week for 4 weeks (total of 4 dosages administered on Days 1, 8, 15, and 22). Disease assessments will be performed at the End of Study (EOS) Visit at Week 30.

NCT ID: NCT02413489 Terminated - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, Large B-Cell, Diffuse

An Efficacy and Safety Proof of Concept Study of Daratumumab in Relapsed/Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma, Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, and Follicular Lymphoma

Start date: September 2, 2015
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to assess overall response rate [ORR, including complete response (CR) and partial response (PR)], of daratumumab in participants with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma [a cancer of the lymph nodes (or tissues)-NHL] and to evaluate association between ORR and CD38 expression level in order to determine a threshold for CD38 expression level in each NHL subtype, above which daratumumab activity is enhanced in participants with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and follicular lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT02391545 Terminated - Clinical trials for CD20+ Follicular Lymphoma

A Study of Duvelisib in Combination With Rituximab or Obinutuzumab in Subjects With Previously Untreated CD20+ Follicular Lymphoma (CONTEMPO)

Start date: December 2014
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

A Two-arm, Phase 1b/2 Study of duvelisib Administered in Combination with Rituximab or Obinutuzumab in Subjects with Previously Untreated CD20+ Follicular Lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT02376699 Terminated - Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Safety Study of SEA-CD40 in Cancer Patients

Start date: February 28, 2015
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study is being done to find out if SEA-CD40 is safe and effective when given alone, in combination with pembrolizumab, and in combination with pembrolizumab, gemcitabine, and nab-paclitaxel. The study will test increasing doses of SEA-CD40 given at least every 3 weeks to small groups of patients. The goal is to find the highest dose of SEA-CD40 that can be given to patients that does not cause unacceptable side effects. Different dose regimens will be evaluated. Different methods of administration may be evaluated. The pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamic effects, biomarkers of response, and antitumor activity of SEA-CD40 will also be evaluated.

NCT ID: NCT02282358 Terminated - Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Study of Mocetinostat in Selected Patients With Mutations of Acetyltransferase Genes in Relapsed and Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma and Follicular Lymphoma

Start date: October 2014
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to learn if the study drug mocetinostat can slow the progression of cancer in people who have a mutation in CREBBP or EP300 in the genetic makeup of their cancer. The potential side effects of mocetinostat will also be studied.

NCT ID: NCT02258555 Terminated - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

This study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of GS-9901 monotherapy in adults with follicular lymphoma (FL), marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). The study will also characterize the pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of GS-9901, determine the appropriate dosing regimen of GS-9901 for use in future clinical trials, and to evaluate the efficacy of GS-9901 monotherapy in adults with FL, MZL, CLL, or SLL.

NCT ID: NCT02258529 Terminated - Follicular Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Idelalisib in Combination With Rituximab for Previously Untreated Follicular Lymphoma and Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma

Start date: September 14, 2015
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the overall response rate (ORR) and complete response (CR) rate to treatment with idelalisib in combination with rituximab in previously untreated adults with follicular lymphoma (FL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). An increased rate of deaths and serious adverse events (SAEs) among participants with front-line chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and early-line indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma (iNHL) treated with idelalisib in combination with standard therapies was observed by the independent data monitoring committee (DMC) during regular review of 3 Gilead Phase 3 studies. Gilead reviewed the unblinded data and terminated those studies in agreement with the DMC recommendation and in consultation with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). All front-line studies of idelalisib, including this study, were also terminated.
