View clinical trials related to Lymphoma, Follicular.
Filter by:This study will assess whether there are differences in effectiveness and safety outcomes among PI3K-treated patients in a real world registry, compared to patients treated in clinical trials.
The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of TQ-B3525 in patients with relapsed / refractory follicular lymphoma.
This phase I/Ib trial studies the side effects and best dose of parsaclisib with or without polatuzumab-vedotin (Pola) plus the standard drug therapy (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hydrochloride, vincristine sulfate, and prednisone [PaR-CHOP]) and to see how well they work compared with R-CHOP alone in treating patients with newly diagnosed, high risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Parsaclisib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Polatuzumab-vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, called polatuzumab, linked to a chemotherapy drug, called vedotin. Polatuzumab is a form of targeted therapy because it attaches to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of cancer cells, known as anti-CD79b receptors, and delivers vedotin to kill them. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hydrochloride, and vincristine sulfate, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Anti-inflammatory drugs, such as prednisone, lower the body's immune response and are used with other drugs in the treatment of some types of cancer. It is not yet known if giving parsaclisib and R-CHOP together works better than R-CHOP alone in treating patients with high risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
Targeted drug therapies have greatly improved outcomes for patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. However, single drug therapies have limitations, therefore, the current study is evaluating a novel oral combination of targeted drugs as a way of overcoming these limitations. This study will determine the efficacy of the triple combination therapy, DTRM-555, in patients with R/R CLL or R/R non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
A Phase 2, Multicenter, Open-Label Study of IBI376, a PI3Kδ Inhibitor, in Patients with Relapsed or Refractory Follicular Lymphoma/Marginal Zone Lymphoma
This phase I/II trial studies the safety of acalabrutinib and axicabtagene ciloleucel in treating patients with B-cell lymphoma. Acalabrutinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking key pathways needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with axicabtagene ciloleucel is engineered to target a specific surface antigen on lymphoma cells. Acalabrutinib may enhance the efficacy of axicabtagene ciloleucel in treating patients with B-cell lymphoma.
This study will evaluate the safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics, and immunogenicity of mosunetuzumab (Mosun) + lenalidomide (Len) (Mosun + Len) in participants with follicular lymphoma (FL). This study will also compare the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, safety, efficacy, and immunogenicity of IV mosunetuzumab + len vs subcutaneous (SC) mosunetuzumab + len.
The participants of this study would have relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma. Follicular lymphoma is a type of blood cancer. It is referred to as 'relapsed' when the disease has come back after a period of improvement after that follows a treatment regimen and 'refractory' when treatment no longer works. Stage 1 of this trial will study the safety and the level that adverse effects of each of the study drug combinations can be tolerated (known as tolerability). It is also designed to establish a recommended study drug dosage for stage 2 and 3. Stage 1 of the study is completed. Stages 2 and 3 will evaluate and compare how long participants live without their disease getting worse when receiving the study drug in combination with other drug treatment versus the placebo (dummy drug) in combination with other drug treatment.
This phase II trial studies how well anakinra works in preventing severe chimeric antigen receptor T-cell-related encephalopathy syndrome after chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy in patients with large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or has not responded to treatment. Immunosuppressive therapy, such as anakinra, is used to decrease the body?s immune response, which may prevent severe chimeric antigen receptor T-cell-related encephalopathy syndrome.
This phase II trial studies how well nivolumab works for the treatment of hematological malignancies that have come back (relapsed), does not respond (refractory), or is detectable after CAR T cell therapy. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
