To search for a Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) for the combination of daratumumab and induction chemotherapy with Idarubicin and cytarabine in patients with Acute Myeloblastic Leukemia (AML) of poor prognosis
HEM-iSMART is a master protocol which investigates multiple investigational medicinal products in children, adolescents and young adults (AYA) with relapsed/refractory (R/R) ALL and LBL. Sub-protocol C is a phase I/II trial evaluating the safety and efficacy of ruxolitinib and venetoclax in combination with dexamethasone, cyclophosphamide and cytarabine in children and AYA with R/R ped ALL/LBL whose tumor present with alterations in the IL7R/JAK-STAT pathway.
The purpose of this study is to learn about the impact that the services and programs provided by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society have among patients with blood cancer, such as access to care, quality of life, and financial burden.
This is a single-center,single-arm,open-label phase I clinical study to determine the safety and efficacy of LILRB4 STAR-T cells in Monocytic Leukemia subjects.
This is a phase l, single arm, prospective open, dose-escalation study in patients with relapsed or refractory CD19-positive B cell malignancies (ALL, NHL, CLL). The trial will include adult and pediatric patients. There will be three individual cohorts, defined by disease biology: pediatric ALL and aggressive pediatric NHL (Cohort 1), adult ALL (Cohort 2) and adult NHL/CLL (Cohort 3).
This study aimed to evaluate the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of QLF32101 administered intravenously and subcutaneously in patients with R/R, AML.
Central nervous system (CNS) leukemia is a poor prognostic factor for allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). Thiotepa can penetrate the blood-brain barrier and has immunosuppressive effects and similar effects to irradiation in allo-HSCT. This project aims to investigate whether the TBF regimen is superior to the traditional modified BuCY2 regimen to improve the long-term survival of the CNS leukemia patients.
During the curative treatment of cancer, pain often remains the dominant symptom affecting the physical and psychological state of the patient. Osteopathy is an exclusively manual practice whose goal is to compensate for mobility dysfunctions of the tissues of the human body. It can be used as a complementary treatment for cancer pain when pain medications are not enough. The aim of this study is to examine the effectiveness of osteopathy in reducing pain intensity and improving quality of life in patients treated for pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
The study "GALAXY33" is an open-label, prospective, nonrandomized, one arm phase I clinical trial in which patients with relapsed AML after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation will be transplanted with CD33-deleted CD34+ HSC derived from the initially matched family donor.
